    • Great treadmill for the home!
Along with the NordicTrack S22i bike, I purchased the T Series 9.5 treadmill from Nordictrack. Just like the bike, I am super impressed with this treadmill. Prior to purchase, I reviewed a LOT of different types/models of indoor equipment. I wanted to have an interactive experience that will keep me both entertained and focused on goals while I exercise. This treadmill does JUST that. The screen is large, but not massive in size. That is okay, though - it is plenty big to take in the scenery as you follow your trainer. There are hundreds of training sessions, with more added all the time. Feel like walking? Have a historian walk you around the pyramids of Egypt. Ready for a run? Train for a marathon in Utah. Feeling challenged? Hike up a mountainside trail! The trainers encourage you along the way, and when their terrain changes, so does the incline / decline resistance on this equipment. Onboard stats are right at the top, so you know how you are performing. I especially like the addition of Google Maps! I can create my own trail and see the sights in places I have never been. The equipment has a solid frame, and the overall footprint is not so massive. Great price for this equipment! Highly recommend! ... show more

    • T9.5s and iFit are a great home treadmill combo!
We bought the T 9.5s, and the treadmill is great! iFit is fantastic, but expensive. This listing still shows 1 year family plan, but NT has told me this is no longer true, so YMMV. I was able to contract iFit, give them receipt and pdf copy of the listing and they credited me with the 1 year plan. Easy enough to assemble - need 2 people or some clever/risky bracing when installing the strut for folding it up. I'm 6'4 220 and have no issues, plenty of deck length @ 60", and plenty of power @ 3.6chp. I think you'd be safe to step down to 3chp/55" length unless you were running 6+ MPH and are super tall, but I am glad I spent the extra for the 'commercial motor and belt' that this comes with. ... show more

    • Broken Machine on Day 1; Pathetic Customer Service
This looks like it could be a nice treadmill, especially if you enjoy the iFit app and video workouts. Unfortunately, my machine arrived defective out of the box. Despite being properly grounded, it shocked me any time touched. Not a humidity issue. Not a sneaker issue. Just a faulty machine. Unfortunately, it looks like faulty machines are common with NordicTrack (perhaps that is why they have discontinued this model...think about that before buying it). Even worse, customer service is non-existent. Extended warranty...doesn't matter. Service is slow and difficult to work with. In my case, they decided to send a new cable, despite explaining to them that I had checked the grounding. So, I had to wait two weeks for a cable to arrive, knowing it wouldn't work. Not surprisingly, the issue wasn't resolved, so I called them to have a technician come. Apparently, they forgot to arrange a technician. I called two weeks later for an update and was promised a call within 24 hours. 5 days later, still nothing. I finally received a technician's call 4 weeks later. When they arrived, it was clear they wouldn't be helpful....they said they were only there to reattach the cable (and not actually diagnose the problem). They ripped the mat under my treadmill. And they not only left three screws out of their holes, but also left a loose screw in the motor box! I realized it because every time I lifted the treadmill up and down, I could hear it fall. So I opened up the motor box and there it was....lucky it didn't blow out the motor. Despite explaining all of this to customer service weeks ago, I haven't even received the courtesy of a response or a simple apology (never mind getting someone here to fix the original issue). I'll be returning the treadmill and look forward to the new Sole F80 I just ordered. ... show more

    • iFit makes the time fly by while you exercise!
We bought this during the stay at home orders and I am so glad! We love our new treadmill! It's easy to use and I love traveling to different places all over the world via the iFit. It makes it not seem like exercise as you get to travel all around the world as you exercise. Which has been great during the pandemic as there's not much real life traveling going on....I love the large touch screen and the trainer John Peel is my favorite. I also like that it automatically inclines to go along with what the trainer does. If I were to purchase another in the future I think I would get one that has the decline feature too- just to make it that much more realistic as you jog up/down a hill for example. I definitely look forward to exercising now. The only downfall was that we purchased it during the stay at home orders so had to assemble ourselves. Which we did, but would have been nice to pay someone else to do it and probably would have taken them less time to do it! : ) ... show more

    • Engaging workouts with iFit
The treadmill itself is pretty nice: wide / long belt gives plenty of room to move quickly, the assembly was pretty straight forward and can mostly be done by one person (need a bit of help to hold things in place while screwing), and the larger screen on the 9.5 model I think was worth the additional expense (though I wish you could turn off the screen without having to power down the whole machine). The real standout is the combination of iFit with the interactive motor. Classes are pretty engaging, taking you to international destinations – and it helps a lot that you don't have to adjust the motor along the way because it automatically follows along with the class you're taking. I'm not really a class person but this system changed my mind (for half of my workouts, at least). My one gripe is that the Android based system is REALLY slow so you have to be patient with the machine when getting set up. ... show more
