Little pricy but love the rower. Doesn’t sit low to the ground like some of the other rowers which is nice. If you already have an ifit subscription you can link the subscription between machines which is also nice. Not too difficult to put together. *** Watch wiping the metal NordicTrack decal. There was some fuzz on the decal and when I wiped it with my hand the decal cut my finger. It was bad enough that I should have probably gone and got stitches. This is a poor design by NordicTrack, and they need to stop using metal decals for their labels. ... show more

After using unit for a couple months the interior broke, preventing cord from retracting and making unit completely useless. Told customer support my exact problem and they demand I disassemble entire unit (dozens of screws) to ‘diagnose’ issue. Sent follow up pics and was ghosted. This is a flimsy unit clearly prone to failure, and with the nonexistent customer service it is absolutely not worth a penny to purchase, let alone the asking price. ... show more

I contacted nordicTrack about the loud noise when in use and they said it was normal. After that they sent me replacement foot rest and brackets. To eliminate most of the noise I had to place a dumbbell and a strap under the rower to keep it from making noise. The framing doesn’t simply support the weight. They say it supports up to 250lbs . I believe it cant support more the 225lbs . ... show more

It’s a rower, works fine, very frustrating that I have to use IFIT, it can’t be that expensive to throw YouTube on one of these. YOU CANT EVEN FAST FORWARD OR REWIND THROUGH A WORKOUT!! Such garbage, horrible software Wish I had bought a cheaper rower and a cheap tablet

I have owned nordick track for 5 years and can say that the issues with this equipment never stop times out 1/2 way looses connection doesn’t save activities check out the class action suits Stay away

Garbage for the money! Customer service is horrible! IFIT software is trash. Machine makes load ticking noises and video freezes. Cannot log in workouts. Every time I contact Customer service I get someone else who wants to walk through the reset process. It’s been reset so many times and look on the Internet there have been problems with this machine for years. I should have done my homework before purchasing. Shame on me but ultimately shame on NordicTrack to keep selling this garbage when they know there are issues!! ... show more

    • Can't stream-what a waste, huge regret!

When you pay this amount of money, to be blocked from watching Netflix etc, is ridiculous. You are locked into ifit or manual mode, but why can't you have ifit AND access to apps? You will get bored of the same rowing instruction etc. you are better off with another rower, or the base model nordictrac and a nice Roku TV mounted. WASTE ... show more
