For the past 20 years, or so, I've used Bullet blenders to use for single serve smoothies. When the Bullet first came out, it were the only one of it's type. Each one only lasted about 5 to 7 years, so I've had 3 over that time. With each one I've had to replace various parts that either broke or wore out. The plastic pieces that you insert the cup into get damaged over time and can't be replaced. I decided to get something a bit more powerful and robust. I would have preferred it if it was only $99 instead of $120, but the difference only comes to a penny or two a day, so the cost difference is only really psychological when you place your order. Pros: Generous sized cup compared to the bullet. Handles the ingredients that had maxed out in my bullet Powerful, blends smoothies in just a few seconds, a fraction of the time of the bullet Robust design making it much easier to use, and probably last longer, than the Bullet. Easier to keep clean than the bullet. Can work as a normal blender Cons: Fairly noisy. However, it's on for less than 5 seconds so it's not a big deal Pricey for a single serve smoothie blender. However, it only really comes down to a penny or two a day, and it gives you the option to use as a regular blender when needed. I am extremely happy with the purchase. ... show more

I LOVE this product!! I use it about three times a week making my cottage cheese dips and desserts for my diet. The buttons make it so easy to blend whatever it is you need, from smoothies to perfect smoothie bowls, to incredible dips. I may have to run the cycle twice depending on the texture I want, but everything I’ve made has come out perfectly. I feel that this is just the right size for a one or two person household. It feels really durable. The blade is sharp and makes quick work of crushing ice or blending frozen fruit. The lid makes it somewhat easier to scrape the sides of the blender, but I wish they did a better job. That is my only complaint, but overall, I would definitely buy this product again. ... show more

Very strong blender for a tiny size. Although it’s meant for making drinks it’s still a bit small but it is powerful. It can basically blend most soft ingredients instantly. Frozen fruits and ice also blend easily especially with the help of the sides that you can twist to create a frozen smoothie bowl in less than a minute.
