I like using it.. my grandkids love it. The argue who is gonna use it first. I have multiple problems from back to knees. This machine keeps me pushing myself. I use daily. So far I’ve had a positive experience! My daughter had been asking for this product for months. I purchased this particular one due to it being recommended by other gymnastic parents. She’s been obsessed with doing squats on it. It’s supposed to help with muscle toning and sculpting, which is exactly what we were looking for. It actually arrived a day earlier than expected. Remote doesn't work, only 2 modes work on the vibration plate and you cannot change any of the settings on it at all. The levels don't work at all on the plate so you can only use mode 1 or mode 2 for excersise....maybe the remote was made for that?! I honestly don't know what the rest of the buttons on the machine are for since none work and you can't change anything once u are on mode 1 or mode 2....they don't beep when I press them. The machine does work very well though! I have a torn knee and never had surgery so this plate actually makes it possible to do squats on with no pain! Usually after riding my spin bike for an hour I'm out of commission for 2 days icing it and living on motrin. I am also 5 months post 2nd baby and it has helped so much relieving my back pain from the epidural that I can sleep at night without waking up in pain. I had previous back issues from fractured L2, L4, and L5 and the epidural I had made old injuries flare up. It's made a huge difference especially with flare ups when it rains and post workout soreness. Since workout on the vibration plate I haven't lost any weight but I have lost inches in my abs, thighs, and upper arms. I've already gone down in pants one size 8 to 6, went from XL to L in shirts and I'm still breastfeeding so I need the extra boob room. It has really toned my legs and arms! I'm still working on ab exercises bc those are a little difficult on the vibration plate. ... show more
