The media could not be loaded. I've been using this with a Panasonic AG-GX350 camcorder, with a Hollyland Cosmo-C1 transmitter on top. It works well. It does seem that the weight of this camera & xmitter is approaching the useable weight limit. This is more of a medium duty shoulder rig. The shoulder pad is a little thin, but all in all, it's a good piece of gear at a great price. Would recommend. ... show more

The stability works well enough on this unit and it is easy to put together. However, the unit came with some scratches on it as if it had been used and returned, not sure. Two of the screws strip out very easily on it. I had read this in the reviews before ordering and even while being careful, the screw heads are starting to strip. I contacted the seller and received no response. This seems to be a trend lately with Amazon sellers. I had another product I bought recently that I could not get a response from the seller. Originally got this a quick shoulder mount for a gig. I planned to return it in hopes of upgrading to something else but I ended up liking it so I just kept it. This is now my shoulder mount.

When it arrived, I noticed that the end screws were missing, so I ordered a second one to replace it. what THAT one arrived, it also was missing the screws! I have to purchase them separately for $12 for four. There are 6 threaded ends so I'm left with TWO extra. It seems they are going to nickel and dime the customer to death. Niceyrig? It's more like NOT NICEYRIG! ... show more

So, this review is being written shortly after unboxing and setting it up. I have not used it yet, but I felt it necessary to review what I see so far and then update later. First, there are no instructions with this, so that was a little bit of a headache, especially with the two screws that come with it for attaching a camera. Thankfully, I figured out that you can stash these in some screw holes on the mount until needed. Second, there are no ends for the rods to stop the pieces from falling off when adjusting. It is something small that I would expect, but they are not included. I will have to get some separately. The shoulder pad feels okay, but it will be tested once I put my camera on it, a Canon C300, along with my other accessories. The handles don't feel bad, but as will just about the entire rig, I will eventually upgrade. It feels pretty solid, so I am happy with the purchase.
