  • Highly Recommend. All the controls on device, 3 Power Options, Well Built while being light weight.
Size: 24inch slider
The media could not be loaded. I have had this slider for 4 days now and practiced with it multiple times. I have it on two small light stands with rapid thread adapters on the bottom end connection points. The controls needed to run all but the time lapse photography features, are located on the device. It is so simple to set A-B start and stopping points. Pros: -Light weight without being lightly made. This is all metal and very sturdy but easy to carry. -Came with carry bag and a spare belt and proper size screwdriver. I like the added touch, to make sure I don't need to order a spare when it wears out. -Controls on device. There is an app, and as stated it is only needed for time lapse, but the control panel functions can also be down in app. If the company ever drops app support you will still have a working device. So easy to set the A-B stopping points. Speed can be adjusted with the know on the fly. -2 power options. DC 2.1mm and range of 7.4-16.8 (not included), and NP-F battery (Not included). I am using a set of 2 SmallRig NP-F550 USB C chargeable batteries. -Solid metal build, including the parallax track. -Parralax track works great and the slider even has center point line up marks so you can keep you subject in the proper spot. -Enough weight for most mirrorless setups. 2.5KB Vertical, and 4KG Horizontal. I am using it with a Canon M6 Mk2, SmallRig Cage and Top handle, wood side handle, battery plate and dummy battery, NP-F970 and 550 batteries, Sigma 300mm lens, Viltrox DC-550 Pro monitor/mount, and a larger ball head. This is still well under the 2.5KG for the Vertical limit. -Parallax rail and markers work very well. When adjusting both side of the rail move at once. It has marking on the right for lining up properly if you need to come back to center or reset for a shot the next day, Cons: -It is a basic slider with no additional add-on kits like Edelkrone's HeadONE and Tilt Kits. If you add those you will be using two apps, or an app and the slider's onboard controls. This is perfect for my needs for now for both vertical and horizontal slides. I researched for 2 years and finally purchased this one. There are many reviews on YouTube that go into greater detail if you want to know even more. Hope this helps a bit. I am very happy and excited to use it even more over the years. ... show more

  • Very low payload and jittery
Size: 24inch slider
Just what It says. It can barely hold anything and jitters a lot. Went edelkrone!

  • Speed ramp
Size: 16inch slider
Great slider, very good build quality, comes with extra belt, very smooth, very quiet, easy to use even without the app, has panning which gives it a lot of functionality and versatility. The amount of shots you can do with this rivals more expensive sliders. Great value for money. You can use the speed knob for manual speed ramping. It’s very compact which makes it easy to travel with, of course that comes with a trade off if you need long travel distance shots. The battery being on top of the slider can block your camera depending on the size, I solved this issue by using some type of head (ball, fluid, pan/tilt) but it’s something to be aware of. ... show more

  • Smooth movement, but when using a large NP battery, it will bump into it
Size: 16inch slider
The media could not be loaded. Today I'm reviewing this video slider, Overall, I'm a little disappointed in this kit. For the price it is very bare bones. No included way to power the unit or a carrying case. For the price I would expect a power cord or small NP-F battery to be included. If you are using a large size NP battery there is also a good chance it will obstruct the movement of the slider a bit. My camera tended to hit the battery unless I was doing a straight dolly shot. If my camera was turned to the side or using the other modes it would hit the battery. I'd suggest a small NP battery or powering it with the barrel plug. The motion is smooth and it works well aside from the battery placement issue I ran into. I'm rating this four out of five stars Pros - Easy operation and control - Smooth movement Cons - Does not include any way to power it (bring your own NP-F battery or wall adapter) - Does not include mounting head - Standalone, a midsize lens on a panning or panoramic shot can tip it over the rig ... show more

  • Versatile and easy to use
Size: 20inch slider
This is a well made motorized slider that is really versatile. The one piece steel frame minimizes flex and the belt driven motion is smooth and quiet. I like that you can use most of the features of this slider without having to pull up the app. The only exception is for time-lapse photos where you need to enter the settings in the app. The screw adapter for the camera can use 1/4" or 3/8" threaded ball mounts. I think the 40cm size is a bit misleading, as the actual maximum travel of the slider is only about 22cm. Because of that, I think the longer one would have given me more opportunities to use this. That said, with the focus and panoramic capabilities, in addition to the standard panning, this is still a really versatile device. On the plus side, the smaller size makes it very portable and just as easy to use on a tabletop as it is on a tripod. Being able to operate it off of a standard NP-F battery is also great. The app connects to the slider using Bluetooth. But other than for time-lapse photos, the app doesn't really add any additional functionality over the on-board controls. Though being able to use it for remote operation is handy. Overall, I feel this is a quality slider. Just be sure to check the fine print to make sure it has the actual motion range that you need. ... show more
