small, lightweight, great workout, affordable. perfect for those who work from home and want to keep moving during long meetings without being too distracting on camera. even when i use it with a rug, yoga mat, or other barrier (and on carpted floors), the thumping noise still feels quite loud and i'm concerned my neighbors can hear it. for this reason, i'm not using it nearly as often as i'd like. it's very smooth and not squeaky, and the thumping noise doesn't seem to be from the footbars contacting the frame, but from the pulley underneath. this means that i don't think there's a way to minimize the noise unfortunately. if others have ideas, i'd be happy to try them; otherwise, i'll consider passing this one on and looking for a more silent model. ... show more

I got my stepper yesterday and I was so excited to try it out! My first thoughts: - It’s already assembled so that’s great. - It’s heavy and sturdy. - I of course had to try it out and you can DEFINITELY feel your glutes and legs working!! It burns after a couple of minutes! Lol - It doesn’t take much space which is amazing! So glad I took a chance and ordered this. It’s very sturdy and solid and easy to use right out of the box. I was worried that my balance might be an issue but it isn’t at all. I can step on it and move my legs and arms when I have a few minutes. Especially after dinner, I do not want dress up to go to gym, or raining I cannot walk outside. The media could not be loaded. Okay let me start by saying, this is a really good little stepper. I bought it a couple weeks ago and wanted to try it for a few weeks so I can give an honest, fair review. Comes put together. Only thing you have to assemble is the straps (super easy to clip on). Very stable (bought a different one before this one and it was soo wobbly and hard to stay on) I use it for about 30 minutes every day. By the end of my workout, I'm sweating and my legs are burning (in a good way) I've noticed my waist is slimming and my thighs are starting to tone. Great little stepper for the price. Now, the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it started being SO noisy a couple days ago randomly (I willl try to attach a video) . I've tried adjusting the height, moving it to a different place in my house but it's still so noisy. It wasn't like this the first 2 weeks I've used it so I'm not sure why it started making the loud noise. If you can get past the noise, it's a good little workout. ... show more
