It is so easy to use... light weight, no kinks & no problem tangling when winding it onto the hose hanger. On top of all the functional pluses, it looks and stays clean and neat. I was fed up with kink-free hoses kinking and getting twisted. Gave this model a try and I have say it does what it says it does. I can't kink it, no knots, withstands my 200+ pound frame walking on it and delivers a powerful stream even though the diameter seems tiny. I live in central TX and the heat is pretty up there. I've had more hoses bust due to heat 'blisters', resulting in bursting. A really bad thing when you forget to turn the faucet off and it bursts when you don't even know it... This is the 5th stainless steel hose I have ordered. They are so much lighter than regular rubber hoses, and since I need 100 ft hoses, it makes a huge difference. I have yet to have one kink or leak. Yes, the water sitting in the hose will get very hot, but if you drain them after use, this should not be an issue. And yes, if you run them over multiple times, you will get dents in the outer steel shell. But even with dents, I have not yet had a leaky hose. I highly recommend these for light to medium use! I don't have heavy use of the hoses so can't speak to longevity in that circumstance. ... show more

This is by far the best garden hose I have seen and used. It’s the only one impervious to the elements, especially UV and still very flexible and long lasting. This is actually my 5th purchase of the same hose since it works so well. I pair mine with some quick hose disconnects on both ends, and it’s beyond practical. These even come with a multi-position head that works very well and has a trigger lock so you don’t have to hold it pressed for longer watering cycles. Great products and great customer service.     • Hose ends are NOT ferromagnetic but likely aluminum to save weight. Beware of galvanic corrosion!

Box arrived with the inner tab on the top open and otherwise unsealed as if re-packaged. All parts were present though and the product appeared new with no obvious damage or signs of use. Appreciate the flexibility and how lightweight this hose is overall. The precisely machined, widely-knurled hose end also made it easier to hand-tighten onto the spigot, though a crescent wrench was needed to nicely tighten it on. No leaks in the few days I've used it, so far. Headline speaks for itself after having had to use considerable elbow grease to dislodge this hose's cheap aluminum predecessor off my iron hose spigot. Recommend applying teflon plumber's tape between hose end and spigot threads to deter galvanic corrosion (when two metals start to get busy at the molecular level and bond to each other). Minus one star just for that, may upgrade after months or a year depending on whether corrosion arises. Included multi-flow nozzle is snappy and smooth to switch, but its all-plastic connector will inevitably snap off over time as have most such exposed to full sun. I'll need to keep it under cover to maximize its lifespan. ... show more

I love this hose! I just purchased my fifth one. Not because I had problems with the first four, but because I keep upgrading my old hoses. They are lightweight, don't kink, very durable and easy to maneuver through the yard. My first hose is two years old, and it's just like new.
