This unit is light weight and a no brainer to put together, easy peasy!😉 All of the attachments are very easy to change out and it heats up pretty quickly. You really go through the cleaning solution very quickly so be prepared to refill the tank several times for a decent size room, I refilled 3 times for a 10'x14' travertine tile floor. It would also be much more convenient and practical to include a minimum of 4 to 6 mop heads as part of the accessories kit; they are small at 12"x4.5" and get extremely dirty very quickly! I had to unplug the steamer, wait for it to cool down, remove the pad, wash it in the sink, reattach, plug it back in and wait for it to heat up in order to continue. It would also be a great improvement to be able to turn off the unit while it is plugged in, it must be unplugged to stop it from steaming. All in all I really do like the unit and it was a good value for the price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I used it on the trim where my dogs are & it broke up the dirt & then I used a wet rag to clean off the dirt & it looks so clean!

Wanted to love this but doesn’t hold up. After steam cleaning a small dining area grout the attachment bristles flatten out against the pole. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and ordered a whole other attachment set at $30 and this time parts of some attachments have melted and clog the whole area for the steam to come out so it’s useless. I should’ve stuck with my gut and bought something name brand that I could get more than one use out of smh ... show more

It works great; I love how portable and versatile it is—I carry it from my house, to work, to houses I clean, and it fits nicely in a tote. I wish it had the new carpet glider though!

The product description promised good cleaning results and a good amount of attachments for different cleaning jobs. So far I cleaned the stove and the bathroom and I'm impressed by the results. I like the clean design and that all attachment work seamlessly.
