I need something that provides metatarsal joint padding, arch support, and heel cushioning. These lacks that support. But I’m sure others can benefit from standing all day or just need arch support. I wear a size 11 shoe and ordered the Large size. As with most insoles they include trim marks to cut away the oversize piece. I trimmed one outer section and it fit in my shoes perfectly. These shoes are about a month old and the insoles did make them feel pretty tight at first, to the point my feet were tingling from lack of blook flow. The instructions recommend you use them for a couple of hours the first day in order to get use to them. I was at work so didn't take the time to pull them out but by mid-morning I forgot I had them in. The arch is pronounced but not uncomfortable and after a week of wear I do like them. I was hoping that these were the soft type insoles that gives you the “bouncy” and “comfy” walk. However, these were the stiff and rigid insoles. My pair was sized 9 and fitted perfectly in my tennis shoes. The insoles did feel “weird” to me because it was stiff and arched drastically on one side of the insole. I am not used to this type of insole, but I am willingly to try them out. The included directions were great and the customer service guarantee is extraordinary. They WANT you to be 100% satisfied and if you’re not, you can return the insoles even if you trimmed them. I’m going to wear these insoles for the next month and will update my review.     • Easy Trim to Fit if Needed.

These work insoles FEEL GREAT and Def Help to make your Feet and Legs feel a lot better with these inside your shoes/boots. I was pretty confident I’d have to trim my insoles when they arrived. I was def right with that aspect but it wasn’t hard to trim the insoles to meet my needs. These are Simple to Trim to achieve a great feel/fit inside your shoes or boots. After properly trimming the insoles I inserted them into my boots and gave them a lengthy try. I wore my boots for close to Eight Hours and was able to feel a Real Difference in the way my feet and legs felt. These inserts def made my feet and legs feel a lot better having them inside my boots. My boots are close to being broken in but not all the way yet. The inserts made my boots feel broken in at this point! With each step I took I could feel how more comfortable these made my boots! Normally after wearing my boots for eight plus hours my feet, legs, and back def know it! With these inserts being used, my feet and legs felt great after wearing them for a full work day. One other thing I really like about the inserts is they don’t make your feet slip at all while having them in your boots! Some inserts make your feet slide while using them, these don’t make your feet slip at all which is exactly what I was wanting as well as expecting! I Highly Recommend these quality made Insoles, they make your feet and legs feel Great! The price point of the insoles are well inline with other quality insoles on the market. I also appreciate how dedicated this company is to making sure the customer is Completely Satisfied! They even offer an Incredible hard to believe full money back guarantee! Even if You trim your insoles incorrectly, they’ll refund your money, that’s just unheard of now a days. i did not read the insert and follow directions and wore these for the first time for 9 hours and my feet were so angry with me. took a break from them the next day and wore them as recommended the next few days and what a difference its making. these arent for comfort but for support in my opinion. they certainly help with the arches but i do wish they had a little more cushion to them. im adjusting to them and my feet seem happier, and my back, i think its helped my back pain just a smidgeon. ... show more

Working on concrete floors every day, I need a good set of insoles. I ordered this to give it a try. These insoles fit without trimming it in my work boots. Upon inspection, it is firm compared to my other insoles. It may probably take a couple of days to get used to it. But for the whole day yesterday, it feels a little stiff. The heels area provided a good heel support and had enough cushion. The forefoot area though needs more cushion since I felt there is some discomfort after a few hours of walking. This insoles are very easy to trim and fit nicely in my shoes. They are a bit stiff, or rather firm, but I prefer it that way so that they can provide me more support. These are not cushioning type of insoles. They are rather firm/thin. They are good for people who need arch support. The nice thing about these insoles is that you can put them straight into the boot and hopefully not need to take out the original insole if there is enough space in the workboot/shoe. ... show more
