This pillow is a sleep saver! I was experiencing a lot of pain when I slept at night, especially in the winter, when the temperatures are low. Our king sized foam topper on the bed gets hard in the colder months and my neck was suffering as my body would begin to sink into the foam but my head didn't sink into the pillow. I woke up with severe neck pain every day. I wasn't sure if it was the foam topper, pillow, or bed that was the problem. Plus, I am someone who sleeps on my back, sides, and stomach. So, all those pillows for back OR side OR stomach sleepers weren't helping. I read through the reviews for this pillow and decided to give it a try. I mean, it is cheaper than buying a new bed. I am SO glad I did! The first night I used it, I noticed a difference. I ended up buying the Queen Soft and actually removed the insert. I liked it so much, I bought one for my husband too. He is a back sleeper and he also got the soft pillow but kept the inset in place. I am so happy with this pillow. If you are having a hard time sleeping or waking up with pain, try it.     • Great pillow, reduces hubby's neck pain!

I purchased this pillow for my husband. His most recent pillow was few years old and hadn't held up well. It had lost a lot of its firmness and was causing him neck pain on a regular basis. He had never tried any of the contour pillows, so I thought maybe I'd order one and see if it helped. He LOOOVES this pillow. First night he reported decreased pain. After a few days he said he was still hurting, so I reminded him his pillow had an insert he could use to adjust the height. Removing the insert was EXACTLY what he needed. Now he is sleeping, waking up neck pain and headache free! I'm going to order me one too. I stole his one morning I slept in. I have a very expensive pillow that we had been trying to find him one identical to. I have a lot of neck problems and chronic pain issues (fibro, myofascial pain syndrome, tmj, tension headaches, cluster migraines - to name a few.) One thing i loved about this pillow is as a 100% side sleeper, it gives me flexibility to sleep fully supported without my arm under my head and pillow. It provides full support to my shoulder area for proper alignment. The side where your face goes is softer, so it doesn't trigger any pain/pressure points for me either. I was a bit shocked his pillow alleviated my headache/neck pain too in the 1 or 2 extra hours sleep I got that morning. I am buying one for myself now, just can't decide on standard or queen size. Lol. One last note, I am a side sleeper and occasionally wake up on my back. My husband is a back sleeper, side sleeper, and stomach sleeper, and this pillow is great for him for all 3.     • This pillow is a Game Changer!

I don't write many reviews...in fact, I think this may be my first Amazon review. I am writing this review because my wife and I had spent the past few weeks researching new beds before I found the Zamat pillow! We were 100% certain we needed a new bed because we would both wake up with super tight backs and our upper back (T-spine) was so uncomfortable. Now mind you, we have already gone through 4 other "special" pillows so I was 99% sure it was NOT our pillow. After coming to terms with the fact we needed a new $4K bed I came across the Zamat pillow and figure what the heck...why not give it a try for $40. That turned out to be the best decision I have made in a LONG time. Within 2 days I was waking up feeling great my upper back pain was non-existent after 4 days. Needless to say, I ordered one for my wife, and she and I are sleeping better than ever and no longer wake up with stiff necks and upper thoracic spine pain. We are now ordering the same pillows for our kids and I will update this review if their experience is any different than ours.     • Great customer service and great pillow

This pillow is worth buying. When the pillow was shipped to me, there was a paper in the box that said if the pillow they sent was too hard, they would send a softer one. The first pillow was too hard for me. I'm super sensitive and have a rare connective tissue disorder, so the pillow may be perfect for other people, but it wasn't the right pillow for me. I contacted the company and asked about the thing I read on the paper in that box that said they would send a softer pillow. They did send me a softer pillow and sent it quickly. They even sent an insert for it since I thought the other pillow was too low and needed to be a little taller. I have been using the softer pillow for a few months now, and it's definitely the best pillow that I have ever used. I don't get neck pain anymore because of that pillow. I will definitely buy more pillows from this company whenever I need them. ... show more
