So first of all, this is a beautiful canopy. 10/10, so pretty. It comes with the exact amount of little ribbon ties you'll need to make it look just like the product photo, and has a little bag of hardware if your four-post frame is different than the one shown here. For the record, it fits the ikalido four-post bed frame perfectly, and, again looks absolutely amazing. My childhood dreams have come true!!! HOWEVER. Anyone who said it's "super easy to assemble" should apply to MENSA or something. I'm serious. I fought with this thing for like 25 minutes. I almost gave up. I literally assembled my three-piece computer desk and entire queen-sized bed frame myself just moments prior to attempting this, but was nearly bested by this fickle, gorgeous fabric. If you are like me, and you purchased this and are now frantically scanning reviews for any signs of hope or tips on how on earth to actually place it on your bed frame, I got you. 1. Look at the product image. Lay the canopy out on your bed just as if it were a fitted bed sheet you were about to put on. 2. Find the two short pieces of curtain on each of the four sides. Get the thick ribbon and tie those off all pretty-like FIRST. While it's still laying down. Don't even bother trying to lift it up yet, you aren't ready until you complete this step, I promise. 3. Once that's done, literally lift it up like you are about to hide under it - because you are. Stand in the middle of your mattress and drape the whole dang thing over your head. Pick any corner of your bed and swoosh the pieces you tied off over the side. At this point, you'll notice that the corners are now somehow really easy to find, so you'll be able to match them up and repeat this step until all eight of the short curtain pieces are situated. 4. From here on, it's pretty self-explanatory, just try not to tangle yourself in it like I did. Also, definitely utilize the teeny little ties on the inside of the canopy (once it's completely on) - you tie 'em to the top of your frame so it won't move around, which is super handy!!!! Anyway, I absolutely adore this canopy, it just destroyed my confidence in my competence for a moment. I forgive it, because I love it. :) ... show more

I will admit I was a tad bit overwhelmed when I took it out of the box. I got the King Size so it was quite huge. But I laid it on the bed and went to work unfolding and getting it arranged. Then once done up it went. It was sheer enough yet did its job. I didn’t get all the ties on it just yet, I had 2 little girls ready to lay down and just take it all in. This is what I have always wanted as a little girl, and I’m glad I was able to do it for my grandbabies. I believe they will love it more once all the pretty little ties are on it. ... show more

I bought this frame before with a full and absolutely loved it! I upgraded to a king sized bed and repurchased this frame in a king. Assembly the first time was complicated and took a long time but assembling the king sized was easier since I already did it before. The top canopy corner was received bent inward but my husband was able to bend it back to get the top rails in. Also one of the support pole came just a tad shorter than the rest and therefore doesn’t fit into the slots. Overall it is a beautiful frame and not flimsy. 3rd photo is before I straighten out across the ceiling....4th photo is the loops I used to tie the lights on easier....I ended up ordering a canopy 4 corners post but I canceled order before it shipped.( Amazon deposited money back next day.) I didn't need it. Plus it would have made my room bucky looking and feeling. I also change my room around often. I love this and will be buying more colors to match my moods. I let my ex husband see it and he was jealous of any new man I invite over lol. The ambiance is exactly what I was going for! I have a king size bed and the sheeting fit across the ceiling to cover around my bed! You can stretch as far out or make it looser to hang if you want. Lace is thin tho. That's typical for lace so don't expect the lace to be high quality for this price. But as long as you set it and forget it...no dangling or hanging - you will be fine and get long use from it. I decided not to use the hooks but I might if I need a tighter fit to the ceiling. Imagine a king size bed sheet. That's the middle piece that fits in middle so don't try and have a ceiling fan or lights in the middle of where you install. Order it! You will instantly feel like a little princess or sexy sensual woman ready to explore whatever lol because it feels like a new bed. Also good on lighting cost. I used 2 mini Christmas light kits to go around the whole size completely. Hope this helps anyone decide! ... show more

Gives an excellent cozy vibe. Very intimate. I sleep like a princess. Fits the queen bed perfectly. Comes with hooks to attach it to the corking in case you don’t have a canopy bed. Stretchy material—a huge plus. The top is pretty see-through, so I put one of my dark purple sheets on top and oh my goodness it made all the difference in the world.
