I love it because it keeps flying bugs away from me when I go to sleep. It is easy to install. I used the hook to mount it to the ceiling. Only took 1 minute to install. The media could not be loaded. This is a great canopy, for the price! The set came with replacement pieces for the star strand lights and a remote. I love the color palette of these lights! Most other remote-controlled color-changing lights only offer the harsh primary colors (Royal Blue, Satan Red, Traffic Light Green, which are all beautiful and a vibe), but there are a lot more options with these. It includes all of the pieces needed for the 2 methods of installation. The anchor they included for the eye hook method wasn't the right size, however - "too small", is what she said. The netting itself is one of the weaker points of this product. It did arrive without holes or tears but the seams look a bit on the rough side. Take your time draping the lights over the top so the points don't poke through the fabric and the stars kind of hook onto themselves to help keep them in place. You might be able to pin the lights at the seams, if you have time for that. Durability of the netting and functioning of the lights' power unit will fluctuate largely based on user, but no issues for me as of yet. I'd expect this to last (no tears, no rips) for about a year with an active child who's not too precious about anything, but could last many years for others. Do it. ... show more

Can’t leave zero stars so this one gets one star. My daughter wanted this for Xmas. As soon as we opened the package you could see holes all throughout the mesh. It’s pretty poor quality netting, the threading is weak and falling apart at all the edges. Also, Amazon wants it sent back in the packaging but it does not fit back into the box once taken out. Honestly I would not recommend this canopy to anyone. There is far better quality ones out there for the price. ... show more
