Should I Buy It?

If you're looking for a warm, fluffy, and comfortable sleeping experience at an affordable price, this comforter is worth considering. It seems to deliver on its promises, with the added bonus of being easy to care for. However, if you're extremely sensitive to heat when sleeping or prefer a very thick blanket, you might want to look elsewhere. Overall, for its price point and features, it appears to be an excellent investment for most.

  • Pleasant surprise, warm and fluffy
Size: Queen (Pack of 1) Color: White
For the past couple years my girlfriend and I have gone through a few cheap comforters. We never really gave much thought to them and subsequently they never impressed us. I grew up using a down comforter and have very fond memories of that blanket. The comfort and warmth was something that I hadn't experienced since I had moved out and gotten my own comforter. So this has been in the back of my mind ever since but I wasn't sure if I wanted to dish out that kind of money for a blanket and also deal with the hassle of dry cleaning it. Also by purchasing a down blanket we'd be supporting an industry in which the down feathers from geese are taken from them and that's not something we personally wanted to support. So for all those reason we started looking into down alternative. The first thing that made me question these products was the price, they seem TOO cheap. I was raised with the mantra, "you get what you pay for" and with that in mind I was quite weary when looking at these products. I always make sure to compare many different products and read through the reviews, both good and bad before I buy something. I decided to take a chance on this particular one as it seemed to be the highest rated by customers and I liked what I saw in the images provided by said customer. If anything, the price was low enough that I wasn't too worried if I didn't end up liking it. Now I wasn't actually home when it arrived but my girlfriend confirmed that it was very flat right out of the package, as was expected. By the time I got home 2-3 hours later it appeared to be fully fluffed. The material it is made of is very soft and comfortable on your skin and I was pleasantly surprised with the thickness/fluffyness. It is a fairly light blanket, similar to a down blanket I suppose in that regard. So far I have only slept with it one night but it did a great job of keeping me warm. I live in Wisconsin and the temperatures this week have been ranging from -10 over night to single digits during the day. I had been using 2 blankets prior to getting this one and sometimes I would still wake up in the night feeling cold. But so far with this blanket alone I have stayed warm which again was a pleasant surprise. I do have to say that this doesn't remind me a whole lot of my down blanket and I think that may have to do with the material used in the shell. And you're not going to be 100% able to recreate a down blanket not using down. So if you are looking for something that feels exactly like down and won't be satisfied otherwise, this might not be for you. However, if you are looking for a good quality, warm, fluffy and affordable priced blanket that will give you that "cloud" like feeling, I think you would be really happy with this blanket. Again this is my opinion from using it for one night, I can not comment on the durability or longevity of this blanket, but I am hoping that it holds up over time. **also our cats immediately fell in love with it, it is their new favorite spot to nap. ... show more

  • Good quality
Size: Queen (Pack of 1) Color: White
Fits my Purple queen size perfectly, hangs to cover the sides. Machine washable, super light, just all around pretty nice. The color is bright white, so if thats not your vibe you could just get a cover. not crazy thick, but honestly perfect for what I was looking for. so if you’re looking for maximum thickness, maybe keep looking, but this is nice for what it is ... show more

  • Better than I was hoping. NOTE: probably not for warm sleepers.
Size: King (Pack of 1) Color: Black/Grey
I like the 'reversible' pattern - though unnecessary, it is aesthetically pleasing. The comforter is both heavy and lightweight, but in a manner that is inviting and comfortable. The material is soft, and though I start out cold, am warmed quickly. I am always cold and prefer warmth, but even I have to readjust the covers throughout the night. Warm sleepers may not enjoy this comforter. It's pretty easy to wash and fold. Though bulky like any other comforter, you shouldn't have a problem prepping it for however you store your seasonal blankets. My only issues so far are a loose thread or 2, and one square seems to have pilled a bit. I'm not sure what 'siliconized filling' is, but this area almost took on a down-filled texture as a result of the pilling. It's one small section, and although noticeable, I'm not ready to return or replace it until I see if this issue spreads further. I haven't used the corner tabs as I do not have a cover. ... show more

  • Ultra comfy
Size: King (Pack of 1) Color: Black/Grey
After following instructions for it to fluff up (24ish hours because it was vacuum sealed), this blanket is so comfy. Combined with a mattress topper, I feel like I am in a fancy hotel bed. I had a hard time leaving my bed in the morning anyway and this is making it even harder. Only had it for about a week, but loving it so far. Seems high quality, durable and is lightweight. ... show more

  • The Perfect Duvet Cover for Menopause and More
Size: Queen (Pack of 1) Color: Navy Blue
I bought my first down comforter after staying at a Marriott, I fell in love with it, and realized I needed a duvet cover. I’ve never had to buy anything like this before, so I was pretty lost. I just knew that I have an aversion to thick or stiff fabrics touching my skin, and since I’m menopausal, the night sweats are worse when fabrics aren’t breathable. I know what you might be thinking: menopause and a down comforter? Yes, and yes! If you’re experiencing night sweats, a down comforter can be both warming and cooling. It’s stiff enough that you can create air pockets, which, in my opinion, help regulate my temperature better. Enter this duvet cover. Again, I’m picky, so I was hopeful based on the reviews that this would be soft, breathable, and easy to wash. And it is! The cover is super soft—almost like a jersey knit—and it has four ties on the inside to secure the comforter in place. There’s a trick to putting it on, though. You need to have the duvet cover inside out. Then, lay the comforter on top and tie it in. Once you’ve tied it, fold the cover in on itself, pushing the comforter inside, and bring the cover right side out. Then, zip it up. The zipper is also covered by a ridge of fabric, so I’ve never noticed it. I’ve never had the comforter come unattached from the cover once it’s inside, which makes my life easier. I even bought a second duvet cover so I can switch them out when washing. For the price, feel, and ease of use, I highly recommend these. I’ll probably pick up a few more. ... show more

  • Its a wrap
Size: King (Pack of 1) Color: White
Very soft and light but is very warm. Decided to go non down for an easier wash. It’s well sewn, it does need seem to shed do far and it does fluff up more with time and use. The color is white so it is true to image.
