I will be putting a lightweight cover on this insert to protect it, but it's attractive enough on it's own to go without, especially if you buy it in a color. I love that the edge is finished with a thin silver cord. I fluffed it on low heat for a several minutes to coax some of the wrinkles out and poof the down, as it arrived vacuum sealed. That worked...a little. The down fluffed up, the wrinkles improved only slightly. A little water mist prior probably would have helped, but I was all about getting to the business of curling up in bed and experiencing some coziness. I was not disappointed. It is the perfect weight for Fall/Winter. I bought it in a Cali King, as that will create a little extra *poof* when placed in a regular King cover. (A little pro tip from Martha Stewart.) It's a very fair price point for the quality (and there was a $25 coupon available, which was a nice bonus). Buy it! ... show more

We spent the night at a Marriott and I had to have a comparable comforter. And I found it here! When it arrived I immediately put it in the dryer 2 dryer balls. Itā€™s puffed up like crazy! I bought the black one so I donā€™t need a cover. And I bought the oversized one cuz I always do so we donā€™t fight over the covers. And itā€™s perfect. Warm but not too hot. Soft and fluffy like a cloud. I do not notice any noise. Itā€™s soft and my dogs love it too. Itā€™s a little weighted naturally and causes my husband to sleep soundly. The media could not be loaded. The blanket is very fluffy and thick. It makes you feel like you are on a cloud. It's warm but not heavy. You can see some black feathers through the material ( I attached a picture). Overall, I am happy with the product but I decided to return it. I love this comforter this is the second time I buy it. Is very soft and comfortable to sleep it, it feels like a cloud! Also is really good at keeping you at a good temperature, fresh if it is hot and warm if it is cold out. My dog loves it too šŸ¾ šŸ¶. Is not as fluffy as pictured tho, and is a pain to wash since is so big, I have a top loading washer and even then I gotta run it more than once because there would be soap stains on it. This is a beautiful comforter. The color (aqua sky) was accurate to the picture and the pinch pleat looks amazing! Our room is about 64 degrees at night, and this comforter keeps us the perfect temperature. The material is smooth and comfortable too!

It's a nice comforter, heavy which would be nice in the winter for sure. I put it in the dryer no heat just a tumble dry with dryer balls to poof it up. That worked well. It was really wrinkly, but the longer it layed out it flattened out some. I think I'll steam iron it tho the wrinkles take away from the cute pinch design. It must have been used there is a weird stain on the back side of it and the box was damaged when it arrived. But doesnt smell or look used? Doesn't have a weird smell when opening. It does have a "noisy" rough sound when you move it, I don't know if it will get quieter over time or washes, just opened it today. It's definitely not the color as shown. I ordered dark grey... It's green. Like a dark olive green. It is a nice comforter. Feels well made. I like how fluffy it is. After a few hours it does fill out nicer. I'm not too happy about the color and the stain on the back. I might send back. If the color was what I expected I would probably keep it. Still unsure. Just opened it today. ... show more

I was a bit depressed when I first took this out of its packaging because it was so flat and wrinkled and did not look anything like the photo. This is probably common knowledge, but if anyone was ignorant like me, Iā€™d thought Iā€™d share a tip. A friend recommended giving the comforter much longer out of the packaging than whatā€™s recommended before putting it in a duvet cover. At least 12 hours up to a full 24 will make a big difference. Also, if you put it on a place with a lot of natural sunlight it really increases the fluffiness factor. Iā€™m m very happy with this comforter. Itā€™s super warm, but fluffy.
