This is a pretty nice, light to medium weight comforter. It is kind of crinkly sounding and not super soft to the touch. The warmth is right for me. I am hoping it fluffs up a bit more, it came compressed in the packaging. It certainly isn’t as lofty and soft as it looks in the picture. Also, I missed the fact that it is dry clean only. I really wanted to love this- it is warm and fluffy. My complaints are the comforter is noisy, my daughter’s bed is 25 feet from mine across a hallway and I can hear every movement (we do sleep with our doors open but still). And the other thing is that it leaks feathers everywhere. We have two other down comforters from other companies and don’t have this issue. Wouldn’t buy it again or recommend. ... show more

Wash it on cold , try to spin dry as much as you can. Put it in your dryer at the LOWEST SETTING and tumble dry 2-3 cycles. It may have a weird smell but it goes away after a day or two. If you dry it with to high temp you will burn the feathers.
