Update: After using couople of weeks. Battery is runs out very fast. I would not recommend this product I’m very impressed with this electric bike! The seat is comfortable, and the bike’s design is sleek and modern. I love the easy-to-read display and multiple assist levels. I like the handles folding mechanism and it’s sturdiness. It has some awesome power. Just a bit over a month of usage and the throttle is getting stuck on 20 mph and scares the s$&# out of me especially on curves. Edit: Navee reached out and sent a replacement. I’m 166lbs. I comute 14 minutes in total per day. If it is fully charged on Monday before my Friday comute needs to be charged. The generic app does the job but it behaves strange on the iPhone.
