Ughhh—— stuck together. So irritating to get them out. As you can see in the pictures I’m holding them upside down. These vitamins work great. My hairdresser said she noticed a difference in my hair. I had a lot of new growth and length. Not sure if really does much for my nails because I get them done. I’m going to keep taking them and see what happens. Wish me luck! ... show more
