I was new to taking NAD supplement. I had been told about them while receiving IV infusions and fighting an infection in my bone. I received it by IV the first two times at home. It was very expensive and Not something I could make a regular event. I tried several different supplements and for some reason this one showed the best long term effect as far as I could tell the difference after a week of regular taking and then I continue. The heavy Anibodics as well as other medications had me lethargic, very drained and unable to focus like before I had became ill. The bacterial infection in my leg bones was severe. (I. E. You might die severe). So I would have tried eating glass with no teeth if it would have worked. With that I noticed that my energy level had started increasing and focus was improving. I started letting me wife try it. She didn't know anything about it. Pls read fine prints before buy any medication that’s not FDA approved. This might be good for a lots of people, but 1 pill sensed me straight to ER. It’s kind of an energetic supplement. I didn’t know. My BP went to 155 over 103. Heart rate 125. So be careful. If you are sensitive to stimulants, don’t take this. It’s not the sellers fault, but my for not read properly the sided effects. ... show more
