I have been getting gel manicures for a while. I decided to transition away from gel manicures and I knew it would be a long journey before my nails were back to normal.     • Strongest my nails have ever been
I selected this item in a FabFitFun box but had very low expectations. As a cancer patient who just completed chemo, I wanted anything that could help my hair, skin and nails. While I’m sure this has subtly helped my skin and hair, this has absolutely and visibly helped strengthen my nails. They are typically flimsy and bend when pressed and in my 37 years of life, I have never been able to grow them long until now. They are the longest and strongest they’ve ever been in just 30 days of use. I take them every night at 8:00 pm (with the rest of my meds) and view them as my nightly treat because (bonus!) the flavor is also phenomenal. I started using this several months ago with a multivitamin and after the second bottle it was very clear my hair was already much thicker and finally growing back after years of hair issues. I realized what great results I was getting from consistently taking my vitamins and decided to switch to a pricier popular hair vitamin that starts with an “n” and ends in “ol”. Immediately large amounts of shedding and the worst headaches of my life. I came running back to lemme! These are convenient and tasty. I consider them my dessert after lunch. There is a good amount of biotin and my multivitamin gives a little more + iron and zinc. Some people have commented that the gummies stick together, this is true. I'm writing this review after I have completed the whole bottle; Overall I feel this is just another gimmicky brand. Just draws you in with pretty packaging and celebrity endorsement. I never had skin issues or breakouts until taking these but while I was I started getting a few pimples and red blotchy cheeks and this was the only thing new. i don’t usually leave reviews on things, but all of the amazing reviews on this made me buy it so i’m gonna leave one too lol. just to preface, i have coarse, dry, 2b wavy hair that i straighten every day… 🫥. i started taking these october 5th, it’s currently the 25th. i just had my first hair cut in about two or three months and my hair dresser could NOT stop saying how good and healthy my hair looked!! from new growth to the ends. she said my ends never look this good when i come in for trims, she usually has to take off a lot more than what i initially wanted. so yeah for hair, these have had amazinggggg results!!! and nothing really does that for my hair. my nails look amazing too, i have naturally long nails so i’ve never really struggled there, but they definitely look a lot stronger and whiter and i notice they don’t break as easily. 10/10!!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🧚🏻♀️💌🩷 ... show more
