I am almost 60 and I am so pleased with the improvement in my hair and nail growth. My hairdresser noticed after about 3 months; I really noticed after about 5 months. The gummies are also delicious so I never forget to take them. This is my 3rd bottle.

If and when you can get them out of the container, they are great. The manufacturer needs to add a silica gel pack or something. I have to cut the bottom of the bottle off and then manually separate each gummy each time I receive them. That said, they taste great and have definitely slowed down the shedding of my hair, hence the 3 stars. It’s just a bit of a job getting them out of the container. And they are NOT cheap!! ... show more

    • Stuck in the jar
The media could not be loaded. Haven’t noticed any benefits yet but they do taste good. They get stuck in a ball and are hard to get out of the jar. I wish they didn’t stick together so much! They do not stick in your teeth though, which is great. They smell and taste like a treat.

I noticed hair growth after 4-6 weeks! My hair is also fuller and softer. It is a little more expensive than I would like, but the gummies are a soft consistency and taste really good.
