    • Strongest my nails have ever been
I selected this item in a FabFitFun box but had very low expectations. As a cancer patient who just completed chemo, I wanted anything that could help my hair, skin and nails. While I’m sure this has subtly helped my skin and hair, this has absolutely and visibly helped strengthen my nails. They are typically flimsy and bend when pressed and in my 37 years of life, I have never been able to grow them long until now. They are the longest and strongest they’ve ever been in just 30 days of use. I take them every night at 8:00 pm (with the rest of my meds) and view them as my nightly treat because (bonus!) the flavor is also phenomenal. For full results it says to take this product for at least three months. I am currently at the beginning of my second month and have noticed some subtle improvements. The overall health of skin looks and feels better. Same goes for me hair and nails. My nails in particular is where I've seen the greatest improvement. They started growing just a little bit faster. I personally am not a fan of the taste, it tastes like artificial peach. It's not horrible and it has no after taste so it doesn't deter me from wanting to take them everyday. The only other issue I have is that once opened even with the lid on the gummy vitamins dry out very quickly, by the end of the month they have a rough exterior. ... show more

I'm writing this review after I have completed the whole bottle; Overall I feel this is just another gimmicky brand. Just draws you in with pretty packaging and celebrity endorsement. I never had skin issues or breakouts until taking these but while I was I started getting a few pimples and red blotchy cheeks and this was the only thing new. I wasn't really expecting to see a difference in my hair, skin, and nails from this product since other similar products never really helped. Well, I was HAPPILY proven wrong. These vitamins are great tasting and I have noticed a HUGE difference. I have been taking these for almost two months now and my nails are growing so fast and are so much stronger.
