I really cannot write enough good things about this product. I bought this in June 2024 for the very first time. As I've aged, I've found that my hair and nails are aging too. But my nails, have really, really struggled. I have literally tried many different supplements all made with biotin and at different strengths and NOT A SINGLE ONE worked. Nothing, Nada. My nails were just breaking, chipping, ripping - you name it. I had to ensure that I always had some kind of nail polish to try and shield them somewhat from breaking and even that didn't help. I finally happened to read an article (not an ad) that compared the top 5 supplements for hair, skin & nails. The #1 item on the list was extremely pricey and way above my budget. But this product was the #2 on the list and had high recommendations and was considerably more affordable. So I thought I would give it a try. And after using if for 3 months, I FINALLY have hit on a product that lives up to its hype!!! OMG!!! I seriously cannot get over how absolutely great this product is. My nails have done a complete 180. They have grown out without breaking, chipping, ripping - none of what I was experiencing beforehand. And they are strong and hard! I can actually go many days without any polish on them and they STILL hold up without breaking or chipping. I have to be honest here, I have not run across any other product for ANYTHING that has impressed me this much. I have since purchased this 3 more times and even got my daughter a bottle so she can try it out. I will continue to take this for as long as it's on the market. It's the one and only thing that has actually worked for my nails. My hair looks better too. But I was mostly interested in it for my nails and I just love, love, love this product. If you get it, it won't be an overnight fix....you'll need to be on this for a couple of months before you really notice the difference. But hang in there, you'll be amazed at the results. I love these and they taste so good as well as grow hair, nails and skin will look great. Trust the process and all things takes time. So if you think hair and nails grow over night and skin looks flawless then let me know where that fountain of youth at. Be patient and trust the process. I love these vitamins. They taste great and last a while. I saw the biggest difference in my hair whilst taking these. I will try and keep this brief but for context... My natural hair color can be described as "dishwasher water blonde" and over the years I have bleached the life out of it and had every hair extension glued, sewn in, microbonded and clipped into it, because it doesn't grow. My hair usually gets brittle and breaks off. I decided to try these pills and stop all of the torment to my poor hair. After 4 months, my hair is growing thicker and whilst I still have some damage to the ends of my hair that still have the bleach, these feel a lot stronger. It really helped grow my hair faster as well, especially at the back, where it normally just breaks off. Honest review: I have been taking these gummies every day for more than 4 months and I have seen how my hair has had more life, my friends have also praised it. I have always taken care of my hair but with age you start to lose nutrients that you need to recover so that the texture of your hair returns to ideal. I usually dye my hair every 3 months and I can say that with this it works wonderfully to nourish it from the inside. I’ve been taking these supplements consistently for 2-3 years and my hair is no longer dull (aging side effects), and my eyebrows have grown in nicely, my hair line filled in as well. I’ve also been taking iron for a little over a year and saw a slight boost in my hair growth because of that. It didn’t do me much for my skin.
