The media could not be loaded. These organic pink vitamin B-12 capsules are really the best! They are easy to use, this is a great price, these vitamins will give you energy each day. They make you feel good, they do not have a taste nor make your tummy hurt. There is no after taste.

For someone who cannot absorb B12 in most of its forms, this was a great find. After the first day my energy level increased 2 fold, and that energy has remained (about 1 month). I don't feel jittery or nervous, just more energy to accomplish what I want to do. I am old and retired so this is a great product for someone like me. This product has worked well and my energy is sufficient, but not so much I can't sleep at night. A smooth transition from am to pm. I also take other Garden of LIfe products, including Women's (over 40) Vitamins which are chocked full of all kinds of goodies. Love them but I also am trying out the Raw Vitamin Code for Women. l have great hopes for its potency in aiding my physical well being. I am very lucky to have such good health at my age and I want to keep it. I suffer with RLS and depression, but I don't take medication for the depression as I have learned much about how to help myself, but with the RLS it is necessary for me to take medication. Several of my friends have also tried this Garden of Life (Kind) products and their results are similar. However, it took my daughter about a week before she felt a benefit from the B12, but she was happy that it might work out good for her too. A few things stand out with these Garden of Life supplements. They are easy enough to swallow. It’s great that you only need one capsule for the recommended dose. I get cracks on the sides of my mouth. When I take the B12, I get those cracks far less of often, so they do work for me. This product works. The only negative is the price. Side note, if you are on Metformin, It can deplete you of your b vitamins and a good idea to supplement. Also, remember that B vitamins are water soluble. It’s also best to take them apart from vitamin C. They can negate each other. So I take my b vitamins in the morning and afternoon and C at night. ... show more

I have just been taking these about 3 weeks and not every day. I think they help, but I have also been traveling so more tired than normal. Before I traveled I do believe they gave me a bit more energy, but I will update when things are more normal if they do not work as well as I thought.
