I have had medical issues over the years as i age. I have taken vitamins since 1981 ,while in college. The issues i have is with having to take medication that depletes some of my vitamins in my system. I'm 68 and work every week on remodeling our retreat house in the country. Taking Solgar v2000, which has b12 , i was still feeling tired again. Start back up on these b12 and energy back again. I feel better and not tired. I take 2 per day and it's not harmful since your body doesn't store b vitamins. These are like taking an energy ,mood pill. It helps in the function of your nerves, and i have a damaged spinal code, and this is the first B12 that actually makes my nerves to feet work better. It's just so fabulous that it does what its doing for me. This form of vitamin B supplement is taken on an empty stomach - doesn’t cause any digestive discomfort, doesn’t cause a skin to flush from taking it, and is readily absorbed by people who require methylated folate/vitamin B to be absorbed by their system. These seem to work well when I am really stressed. I notice a difference in my mood and energy level when I take them. Also my lab work looks good. They seem to absorb well. Definitely good value. Easy to swallow. No taste.

We've only been using it for a couple of weeks, so it's too soon to review it's effectiveness. They have no taste or noticeable odor. They are packaged well, they come in a dark glass bottle. The size of the capsule is normal and easy to swallow. All in all it seems like a high quality vitamin and a good value for the money. I'll update later on effectiveness. ... show more
