These seem to work well when I am really stressed. I notice a difference in my mood and energy level when I take them. Also my lab work looks good. They seem to absorb well. Definitely good value. Easy to swallow. No taste.

I have had medical issues over the years as i age. I have taken vitamins since 1981 ,while in college. The issues i have is with having to take medication that depletes some of my vitamins in my system. I'm 68 and work every week on remodeling our retreat house in the country. I've tried other b12 brands and they help a little. I saw these and decided to try them since they have the 3 different forms b12. After about 1 month i started to notice that i just kept working and not getting tired even though i was sweating heavily. I stopped taking them for a week or so after taking for 3 months. Taking Solgar v2000, which has b12 , i was still feeling tired again. Start back up on these b12 and energy back again. I feel better and not tired. I take 2 per day and it's not harmful since your body doesn't store b vitamins. These are like taking an energy ,mood pill. It helps in the function of your nerves, and i have a damaged spinal code, and this is the first B12 that actually makes my nerves to feet work better. It's just so fabulous that it does what its doing for me.
