You can take a tablet as you're rushing out the door. They're great if you chew them right away or if you let them dissolve. The flavor is nice, not too strong, which is nice. I get a boost of energy after taking them, so I believe they're working for me.

While the taste is pleasant and easy to take, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels.
