You can take a tablet as you're rushing out the door. They're great if you chew them right away or if you let them dissolve. The flavor is nice, not too strong, which is nice. I get a boost of energy after taking them, so I believe they're working for me.

I’ve been using the Amazon Elements Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin 5000 mcg for a couple of weeks now. While the taste is pleasant and easy to take, I honestly haven’t noticed any difference in my energy levels. I was hoping for a bit of a boost, but it feels like my energy is the same as before I started taking it. That said, it’s affordable, and I like that it’s made with clean ingredients.
