I have been taking this for a month and feel like it’s been a good supplement so far but I also don’t notice any earth shattering changes with my health. It tastes decent I’m able to sneak some into my kids smoothies. It didn’t give me any adverse effects but I plan to try something else

I love this ! I got this instead of the RISE mushroom coffe it’s way better for my health without the caffeine but I can always add caffeine if I want too . It’s way cheaper than RISE and I get more for my $ when it comes to other mushroom powders some times I add cocoa powder or oat milk

    • I like not having instant coffee.
I like being able to add mushrooms to my coffee. I tried the well advertised brands but I hate instant coffee which is what those are. This allows me the benefits of mushrooms without bad taste of bad coffee.

I love these mushrooms!!!! I mix it with my favorite capuchino mix and i get mushroom capuchino. I try mix with almond milk, juice and other liquids works really good, because mushrooms don't have special taste. One moment that you need mix mushrooms with small amount of liquid (like 1-2 spoons) and just later add other liquid. Amazing ! Will buy again! ... show more

First time using this type of supplement. It tastes so good and I can't really smell it in my smoothies. I'm tapering off of coffee and so my energy is great. My stomach pain and joint pain seemed to have lessened but I will need more time on it. It blends great in my coffee or smoothie. I am really surprised at how easy it is to use so far... UPDATE: This is my 2nd order. I love this stuff. My stomach issues and energy have changed dramatically 3rd purchase I LOVE THIS STUFF I think I'm going to try a liquid extract next tho since this one does wonders ... show more

Seems like a good blend, it's hard to say if it's any better or worse than any other, but it mixes well and goes with the other supplements I add.
