I’ve been using this multivitamin for a number of years. I like the fact the ingredients are food derived rather than chemically created. So many other types will make you sick if not taken with a meal. I can take this first thing in the morning, before any food or drink and it doesn’t upset my tummy. It includes all the important nutrients and micronutrients that are difficult to get unless you grow your own food, properly process and store it for optimal nutrition, and make sure you eat it…which is difficult in Alaska. Life long supplement taker. Finally my budget could no longer justify the "supper high" prices of some other brands I have used for 20+ years.
