Finding a multivitamin that doesn't have 100000% of your daily dose is next to impossible. Things like B6 can actually cause nerve damage if taken for more than 50mg over an extended period of time. This is perfect. I am 90% sure I was suffering from B-vit deficiency as I was developing numbness in my hands and feet. After being on this for a month it has almost vanished. There was a nasty bit of a re-feeding/rebound effect after a week, but I am 99% sure that would have happened with any supplement, so I don't blame it on this one. A great product, excellent taste and value. However the packing is very substandard. I was unable to open the twist off lid and had to end up cutting it off. I had a previous bottle that opened easy, so I transferred the vitamins. Great product but this fails with packaging. This would be impossible for anyone with a physical disability to open. ... show more
