  • Good for burning, hot foot problems.
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
These things are fantastic !!! I suffer from burning and stinging in my feet due to a condition called Morton's Neuroma. My feet get very hot and sting and itch, both bottom and top, mostly near the front of the foot. People think I am strange when I tell them that plunging my feet in ice water seems like heaven! Well, now I don't have to do that. I've used basic gel packs before, of course, but they don't form-fit to your foot like these socks. And, the cold pack on the TOP of my foot is PERFECT !! I bought these socks, plus the replacement gel packs (4-piece set) so I can wear one and freeze one. I plan to buy another pair of socks as a backup. I don't ever want to be without them. (Sizing: I wear a women's 9.5 shoe, and the large sock was a perfect fit....snug enough to hold the gel packs where needed, easy to get on, not too tight.) ... show more

  • Reuse multiple times a day
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
They are great! I got them for my Mom who is on her third cycle of chemo. This particular type of chemo can cause blisters on the palms of her hands and the soles of her feet, so they recommended icing 3 x daily. The nurse at the infusion center had the information available for us and I ordered them while she was getting treatment. We hope they lessen the severity of the reaction, and luckily it's been a week and she's symptom free! ... show more

  • Bought for chemo - trying to avoid neuropathy
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I bought these for the particular chemotherapy I'm on - there's a risk of neuropathy that I hope to avoid by icing using these socks. My USA size 11 women's feet required the larger black socks, but they fit perfectly. I need the ice pads on my toes especially, and I have found it necessary to add tissues above the gel packs to keep the pressure where it needs to be. Hence my 4 star rating - the area here is too large, at least if you really want to keep your toes cold. I bought the replacement gel packs [ASIN:B01K2G6SAC NatraCure Replacement Gel Packs) as these only last about 40 minutes, and my chemo is often twice that. However, I really think they're the best on the market for what I'm trying to do. I found recommendations for this particular brand on lots of cancer boards online . They, together with a replacement pack, are worth the purchase. ... show more

  • Too Small, and it is NOT eligible for Return
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I bought these for swelling and early Neuropathy in my ankles. Sadly, the swelling made even the largest size too tight and unusable. And, when I went to return it, I was told it was ineligible for return. They REALLY should warn you of this before you waste money that you may not have to burn on something that doesn't fit. ... show more

  • Rip Torn....but still works.
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
The large size is tight if you're a men's size 12. Must slip on the socks carefully or you'll rip them (ME) To remedy this I removed the 4 gel packs from the black socks and froze them. 3 hours is good. Overnight and they get "really cold". (Careful not to freeze burn your feet) I then placed the long pair of gel packs in a pair of sneakers. Then put on a pair of my OWN socks that "fit" and then slipped on my shoes. Works like a charm. Once the gel packs lose their cool so to speak (15 -20 minutes) , I'll grab the short pair out of the freezer and do it again maybe an hour later. Remember don't stand and put your full weight on these packs or start walking around as this could burst them open. (...not ME) I just sit back on my recliner and watch tv or work on my laptop. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and bone spurs in both feet. Already I can feel a noticeable reduction in pain even after just 2 days of wearing my "ice shoes". Definitely not hobbling as much. Oh yeah, as for the now "empty black socks"....I gave them to my Mom. She sewed the rip and the socks fit her a lot better than me. ... show more

  • Serious Plantar Fasciitis Relief
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
I worked at a theme park for the summer about five years ago and between walking in non-orthodic shoes + standing on asphalt for 8 hours, I developed plantar fasciitis. I have returned to that theme park and have since corrected my footwear. However, there are days where I feel like every bone in my foot is breaking; ice packs help, but I wanted something I could wear while putting my feet up and relaxing after work. These little angles are so wonderful omg. I was worried that they would be too tight on my size 11.5 feet (women's), but they are comfortably snug and hold the two ice packs against your foot without any gaping or slipping. I ended up buying two sets so that I would always have them when I get home from work. Their construction is wonderful and they stay cold for a very long time. The only thing I would say is that you may want to wear light socks under the ice packs to act as a barrier between your skin and the ice pack. Overall, these are a wonderful product for pain management and I will hopefully be able to buy more sets in the future. ... show more

  • XL Too small for a mans foot sz 11
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
The XL is not anything that could fit on a mans foot. I wear size 11. And ordered the XL. Feels like the sent me XS. The sock is well made and stretches but not enough to accommodate my foot and the gel ice pads. I could not even it pull up all the way over my heel. . The ice pads are nice and stay cold for about 10 min I purchased extra sets and they Provides cooling relief. I would only recommend if are a mans 9. They need an XXL for 11-13. I might just buy somE big comfy slippers and place the gel inserts inside. Exceptional idea poor sizing. ... show more

  • Gift from Heaven for Problem Feet!
Size: Large (Pack of 1)
These cold therapy socks have been a god-send for me, and for my other half. I had a year-long bout of intense metatarsalgia, and after many trips to the foot doctor, he finally convinced me to ice 3 times a day. Nothing else fits the foot quite like something made for the foot. Because both the top of my foot and balls of my feet hurt this has been the best possible icing therapy for me. It took me about 3 months of icing 2 to 3 times a day, along with taping my foot per You Tube instruction for my specific problem (2nd metatarsal) to finally get about 90 percent relief. I've had foot problems for at least 30 years; I'm 58, and I'm pretty sure I'll be dealing with this for as long as I live. Regardless, these were extremely cost-effective. I had already spent $10 more that these cost on a shoulder-icing contraption that was a pain in the butt to get on my foot. I'm sure we'll be purchasing another set, as unfortunately my boyfriend and business partner is now having issues with his feet. ... show more
