This will be a brief review of my pillow journey. I tried a few of the most popular pillows, like MyPillow, Amazon Basics, bamboo/shredded foam, memory pillows, but my most common complaint about them were that they were all just too high and firm for me. I am a restless sleeper and alternate between back, side, and stomach sleeping, and I strongly preferred the stomach sleeper/flat pillows with a polyester fiber/down alternative filling. Here's a ranking of my 4 top pillows: Eversnug Adjustable Layer Pillows - (#1) These were THE pillow for me. I had never heard of these pillows or the company, but I really like being able to adjust my pillow. These pillows came with 2 small, 2 medium, and 2 large pillows and 2 twin zippable pillow pouches. All of them were polyester fiber filled and somewhat flat, but not lumpy. The pillows may not come the exact same sizes, but they are close enough for me. These are the pillows I ultimately decided to stick with, despite being slightly more expensive than the others at $50 for a set of 2 pillows. Nappler Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow - (#2) Before I found the Eversnug pillows, I was trying the adjustable bamboo shredded memory foam ones. These were my go-to whenever I was testing pillows I didn't like very much. The only downside to these pillows is that if you don't add enough filling, you could feel the edges of the shredded foam. Also, the "bamboo" cover was way too warm and the inner zipper would get too easily caught. Amazon Basics Down Alternative Pillow - (#3) I don't think I've ever been disappointed by an Amazon Basics product yet. These pillows were soft, amazing pillows, but they were 1-2 inches too thick/firm for me. MyPillow - (#4) Despite all the hype around these, they were too lumpy and 1 inch too thick for me. Like I said previously, I ended up going with the Eversnug Adjustable pillows, which I absolutely adore. These pillows are pretty comfortable and have some decent adjustment with the bag of fill. I did toss ours in the dryer as recommended for a few minutes which does seem to get them to puff up a bit. Ours came with two bags of the extra fill, but there was no writing of any kind of the bags. The biggest disappointment was that the bags don’t have even a cheap zipper or even Velcro closure. So you have to cut them open and then there’s no real way to close the bag of loose fill. Annoying. Some of the fill pieces did have some harder sides to them so I’m not sure how these are manufactured. On the positive side we ended up using less than one of the fill bags, at least for now, to adjust the thickness of our pillows. I honestly can’t imagine anyone having to stuff an entire bag of the fill into one of these as I added maybe 1/3 of a bag and it’s pretty full. My wife only added a couple handfuls to hers just to get it a little more thick. So far we both like sleeping with them. I wish they were more of a cooling pillow but it maybe cuts down on heat a tad. It’s hard to really say. At least they don’t seem to get very warm so that’s a plus. For the price I’d buy them again, especially for a set of two, as long as they hold up well over time. ... show more

I can’t express how much I adore this pillow! The pillowcase is quilted so it’s heavenly soft like no other. It folds up for travel or car in the included little “knapsack”. It’s adjustable to conform exactly to your own neck. Makes a perfect support pillow for reading too. I’m using mine right now. I also use one under my knees at night due to back pain. It works far better than any “regular” pillow I’ve ever tried for that. I’m surprised to say that I’ve even used this quite comfortably as an overnight pillow. I gave my sister 2 for her birthday and she went so nuts that I bought her (and me) 2 queen-sized ones also. I’ve tried similar pillows in the past, but I give you my word that I’ve never found one nearly as good as this. And nobody gave me anything to say this! Too bad. Lol. ... show more

We needed new pillows and thought to give these pillows a try based on price and other reviews. So far we like them. They are soft and supportive. The case is soft and breathable as well. We had to take a small amount of foam to make them even more comfy. They came packaged well and contained extra foam if you need it. We took them out, threw them in the dryer per instructions and they were ready to sleep that first night. I spent double the amount on a single down pillow 5 years ago and these are comparable to that one in comfort( I just didn't want to spend that much again). If I can get five years of use out of these I'll be most impressed. Why spend more on other pillows like these? I doubt the CR-recommend ones that you can find are not that much better than these. Save your money and give these a try. ... show more

I have many neck issues ( cervical fusion) and I can't tell you how many pillows I've tried!! None of them in the past 10 years have helped. Waking up with headaches and my neck was killing me. This pillow had so many good reviews I figured why not try it out. Well I LOVE it!! It's giving me the best rest I've had in years, promise! I love how soft the fabric around this pillow is! I love that once you fluff it up in the dryer, you can remove as much of the pillow filler as you need depending on how you sleep. It’s also huge! I finally have a pillow that cna actually fit into the king size shams I have for my bed!!! It’s also machine washable! Going to have to order more of these I think! ... show more
