Hours later I had a 4 hour flight with it and sleeping with my head forward or back was not an issue, as my neck was well supported. It was packed nicely into a smaller size packing bag and the quality and texture felt amazing. I chose a neutral color too for any wet spillage instead of black/dark one. I had Covid for a week and dad let me borrow his "older style" neck pillow that I fell in love with. I really wanted one like his but the reviews are not good. They just don't make them like they used to. So I tried this one. It does help with tilting, which I do often, but it hurts me after an hour. My neck just isn't as long as it used to be. Years of Cervical Disease/Arthritis has shortened it. The top of the pillow rests just below my ear lobe so its just not comfortable to me. I didn't return the pillow because I cannot find anything like dad's so, I am going to keep this one and use it for the short time only. It's better than nothing at this point. ... show more

I'm one of those few people who can sleep almost anywhere, anytime. But in cars and on planes, it's annoying when your head flops over and wakes you up. Which is all the time. I bought this primarily for an overseas plane trip coming up, but I tried it out in a 4.5 hour car ride recently when I was in the passenger seat. It worked like a charm. It's very comfortable. Just big enough to catch your head when it begins to lean (when you fall asleep). I slept like a baby. The only negative is that it is really hard to return it to the bag. I struggled for some time to get it in there. On the plane, this will be an issue. But that's because the pillow is big and comfy. So I'll take that over getting it in the bag. Will be a big pain when I arrive to my destination overseas and have to drag it around (definitely too big to put in my carryon). But I still gave it a "5" because I've tried other pillows (mostly the blow-up ones) and they were not near as comfy. ... show more
