Would recommend to read over instructions a few time before starting to assemble…even better if you another person to help…two heads are always better than one😄. Took me HOURS to put two of these together, but by the time I was done, I was able to adjust each of the drawers on the first try, which was the fiddliest bit. Considering that it took me until the 10th drawer to get good at it, this may say more about me than about the product. My husband refused to touch them, which is fine (I prefer not to have someone watch what I do and say things like "Are you sure that's how you're supposed to do that?" 😄). All that said, I'm very pleased with the product, the two chests contained all my art supplies, and I have a boatload. I did have to get drawer organizers, and it would have been even more wonderful if these came with them, but for this price, and extremely happy with them. They're the size they said they'd be, each piece is reasonably solid, and if you keep your touch fairly light turning the screws and installing the drawer mechanisms, they go together quite well. A battery-operated screwdriver or small drill with a screwdriver bit is highly recommended, because there are a LOT of pieces to put together. The drawers alone are five wood pieces and two drawer slides, plus the two matching slides installed in the body. Two things - Even with all the drawers out, they're not tippy, although I wouldn't have someone stand on them or anything... and two, the reason for that is that the drawers only come out about halfway, as you can see in the image I've posted. While you have the storage space, you won't be able to SEE it all, but you will be able to use it. Doesn't bother me any, but worth noting. ... show more

The unit is cute, but not meant for heavy objects. The directions were vague and the hardware was not top quality. Also not enough screws were included. Be prepared for a project to put it together. All in all I don’t know if I would buy it again but for our use it should work.

As they say, you get what you pay for and this item is not worth the money I spent. Assembly was fine except the drawer rails would not fit well. I had to clamp sides lightly to get railes in. Drawers do not fit well and two drawers would not go in as the drawers would hit the drawer above it. Ya, all this is fixable but should have to do it. I would send it back for refund but it's as much trouble to take it apart as it was to assemble it. I don't recommend it. I have bought other cabinets similiar and they fit together very well, not this one. ... show more
