The media could not be loaded. The directions aren't very comprehensive, but they include everything you need to know as long as you look closely at the diagrams. It comes with a little screwdriver. I literally bruised my hand a bit while forcing the screws in before deciding to switch to the drill. Once (very carefully) using the drill, it went smoothly as can be. I'm very happy with the results. I opted not to use the wheels after a few other reviews mentioned the wheels making it too easy to tip. Very sturdy as is. I also didn't install the lock because I have no need for it, and just used a couple of the included hole covers to camouflage where the lock should be. Drawers work very well. I'm no stranger to putting stuff like this together, and it took me almost two hours to put it together. A few pointers: Only like 5 boards were labeled. Be careful, I messed up and switched two of the drawer sides not realizing it made a different and had to just make do with what I had, ended up splitting some of the wood, but not in a noticeable spot and I don't think it will hurt it moving forward. The bottom drawer sides are different than the two top, and looking back I should've realized it, but when I was going through the boards, I didn't notice a different in the boards. The instructions are your typical terribly translated into English instructions and ended up using them as a basic guideline because they weren't very helpful. Only the top drawer locks. Not sure why the drawer that will actually have sensitive documents in it (aka the actual filing cabinet drawer) doesn't lock, but yeah I now have a drawer that I can lock. That I will never lock. It will easily tip over if you're not careful. I have my printer on top of it, and I definitely have to be super careful when moving it at all. It also is sitting on carpet, so that could be what's causing the issue, but even still, be careful when putting anything on top. Overall, the end product look so much better than I thought it would. It definitely not a super sturdy piece (I prefer solid wood) but honestly, one of the best I've ever seen in terms of quality and sturdiness. I really love the look of this cabinet. It's exactly what I needed to get the odds and ends in my office organized. It took a while to put together, but instructions were clear enough I could do it myself while my husband was busy. It's pretty sturdy and has a smooth surface that'll make it easy to keep clean. The design and build of this product were very well thought out. Assembly was a huge job as there isn’t a single piece prebuilt; dozens of pieces of wood, hundreds of screws and fasteners, and sadly several pieces of laminated cardboard. The particle board is too cheap for the fasteners to fit properly, and cardboard bottoms for the drawers is inexcusable. I purchased this piece and another coordinating to put in my office. Easy to put together just requires a lot of time and attention but not difficult. Had an issue with one of the brackets for sliding the drawers in and out which broke. Was concerned about how to get it fixed or replaced. Figured I would just keep the drawer out and put a basket in instead. I took a chance and reached out to customer service and they were very attentive with their responses and action to fix my issue. I received several email correspondence back-and-forth to be sure they knew which part to send and then they FedEx the piece to me and was able to fix the drawer no problem! ... show more

Absolutely perfect fit for a small office, hold my printer perfectly on top, the drawers fit so much and I love having the function of the bottom drawer as a file cabinet for bills and anything else. I was able to build this by myself within 30ish minutes, I did chose to leave the wheels off, but would be functional for someone that would want to move it around. Worth every penny.
