My mind tells me it works after reading the science behind it. But honestly have no way to measure its effects in the short or long term because it’s not the only supplement I take. I also take resveratrol, NAD+, and astaxanthin (a powerful anti oxidant). In order to figure out which gave me my energy and “happy feet”, I stopped taking supplements except astaxanthin and realized it was the one that gave me “happy feet”. The others may help with slowing aging but I don’t know. I can tell you that I feel years younger than I did ten years ago and walk and work with more comfort, zest, and youthfulness.
