    • Great product. it's helping!
A little expensive, but it is actually helping at least as far as I can tell. I'm revising this review with some evidence that it is working for me: Firstly, I'm a 62-year-old male in relatively decent shape. I work out in my home gym 1hr+ each week day and 1/2 hr. on weekends. I very rarely miss a workout. I track myself on an Apple watch. I have maintained this pattern for about 5 years now. Before that I was 50lbs overweight and did not work out for quite a few years and obviously wasn't careful about what I ate. Okay, for Christmas I received a bottle of this product. I had my blood pressure taken at a Dr. appt. after using the first bottle. It was 102/60 which I was told is excellent. I've always had good blood pressure, but nothing like this. Secondly, for my 1/2-hour workout on Saturdays and Sundays, I run, in place, in my office/ gym. I do not have treadmill, so my metrics are me against me. I have typically 'run' about 3 - 3.5 miles in 30 minutes and burned about 400 - 430 calories in that time. After using this product for a month (and continuing to use it) I have seen significant improvement. I just finished a 'run' and ran 4.5 miles burning 598 calories. The only reason I didn't go farther and burn more calories is because I have 62-year-old bones and joints and I could tell I was going to injure myself if I exerted myself more. It was not due to a lack of energy. One more thing to note that I believe could be impacting my performance and the gains I'm seeing from using this product is that I have taken Vitamin K2 and Nattokinase for quite a while. It is my understanding that both of these supplement's help keep the arteries and veins clear. Also, in 2018 I went off all 'added' sugar except for 1 cheat day a week. I don't know, but I suspect that both of these things may have improved the efficacy of these lozenges. Oh, finally, as per Dr. Bryan's recommendations, I do not use a mouth wash and use a non-fluoride toothpaste. Good health all! ... show more

I particularly like the ease abuse of this product. The results after approximately two weeks of use have been fantastic. The additional blood flow south of the border has been particularly enjoyed by my playmates, and myself included.

My heart rate rapidly shot up to a shocking 107... And climbing!!! Felt concerningly unwell. Like get to the ER something is wrong unwell!!... Dizzy, lightheaded like I might actually faint, headache, weak, shaky - Awful feeling. Hard to fully articulate. Just got off the phone from my doctor. Am laying down as I write this to keep my heart rate down. Twenty minutes later, when I tried standing up my heart rate quickly went to 114 (and climbing still) so I lay back down immediately. I wasn't taking any chances only to see exactly how high it go until it would top out. My heart continued pounding intensely. Normally my heart rate is good between 60 and 70, and I have had mediocre HBP and take 50mg of Losartan daily. Have to wait laying down till this wears off. Bloody dangerous. As another mentioned, no one knows what the ratio of the so-called proprietary blend is. UPDATE: Our Dr asked me to send him a pic of the bottle. They texted back, "It has too much nitro in it and drops your blood pressure which is why your HR goes up. Give it time and toss the stuff". That was three days ago and I've felt terrible ever since. All the same symptoms only slightly diminished. The weakness and exhaustion are dominant. Maybe it triggered some type of Herx Reaction? Going to start some activated charcoal today to see if that will help, which it does if it's Herx. Regardless, be forewarned. This is NOT some benign one-size-fits-all safe supplement. It has serious and very real side effects! 2nd UPDATE: It took appx 7-10 days to feel quasi normal again. The activated charcoal did nothing so I concluded it would be dubious to blame a herx reaction or anything else other than the product. ... show more

    • This supplement is better than coffee
So quick story. I’ve been trying to quit coffee and go cold Turkey, I usually consumed about 3000 mg of caffeine a day due to work schedule. My first week of coffee, I was so sleepy, that I fell asleep standing. So I started doing research. And I started taking B12 but it wasn’t enough so I supplemented with L arginine and L citrulline for that Nitric Oxide boost. But still wasn’t enough boost, and I came across Docs interview and tried this, and oh my God, I was able to wake up at 1:30 am and worked till 8 pm and still was able to have date night with high energy. I have only used it one time, but my blood pressure was elevated and after taking a lozenge, it was 120/80! Definitely will continue to experiment with this as I also add in more exercise and add more leafy greens in my diet. I've watched a lot of videos by this doctor and there are other things like mouthwash and floride that can negatively impact NO production. Very hopeful this will work as a temporary fix as I change some lifestyle things. I have tried many beet products over the years with zero improvement, so I am pleasantly surprised that this seems to work. ... show more

I had so much focus that my eyeballs felt energy like my heart just took a dose of white powder. I had to get up and move around. I think around 30 minutes both, of my nostrils was able to take in oxygen like normal. This stuff really wakes you up, not just you, your whole you, from head to toe. I'm not promoter, but this stuff works. It did me anyway. Today as of 12/30/23 @ 12:45 was my first dose... Don't chew it, slowly let it dissolve, too much at a time if you chew, it puts too much at one time in your system. I did feel great after taking it, I just have to keep my brain keeping up with my eyes...They're at an all time "whoa" feeling. It's not a bad whoa either. You may or may not enjoy the rush this product gives, but I enjoy it. Too each their own. ... show more

    • Overpriced and bad filler ingredients.
Mannitol and Maltodextrin are both added to these lozenges. A tiny bit of monk fruit is used probably for marketing purposes, but it should be the primary and only sweetener.
