Wasn’t easy to install without the help of the tech group. Tech group contacted us immediately and resolved all my issues and installed the printer remotely. Takes some getting use to on how to use program considering I’ve never used it before but so far it’s a great printer

3 print heads in 3 months and now motherboard they say is bad. I’m just 3 months. MZK Tech is a poor company that down not believe in backing their product. I wouldn’t waste my money. They won’t fix… and as far as service… you better be ready to stay up all night to get nothing done. Because that’s the only time you can get them to respond. The media could not be loaded. When I first got the printer, it was very confusing and hard to figure out. However, the tech-support was amazing and helped me through everything. Even with time zones differences we still were able to get the help that I need. If I had to buy another one I would go with this company. Thank you jack! The printer was received damaged. The "Engineers" stated it would not interfere with the printing. It printed a few prints, then it just stopped working. The ink began leaking inside the printer, the dongle that came with the questionable AcroRip software stopped working for while. They insist their software does not have a virus, I sent them pictures of the Trojan virus. They also insist that you turn off your anti virus and allow them remote access. Months later, I am stuck with this non-working printer as I am way outside of the return window. The "Engineers" have stopped responding. ... show more

Never really had an issue installing software with anything else craft related but this printer was easily the hardest. Aside from that huge inconvenience it’s great.
