I have been using this elliptical leg exerciser for a while now, and I must say, it has made a difference in my leg strength. As someone who spends hours at my computer and desk every day, I noticed my legs were losing strength. This exerciser fits perfectly under my desk or in front of my favorite chair, allowing me to use it while working. One of the things I love about this exerciser is how quiet it is. Even when others are in the same room, I can use it without disturbing anyone. With 12 different speeds, I am able to challenge myself and work my way through each speed. The stepper also displays how many calories I am burning, which is a great motivator. Included with the exerciser are foot straps, resistance bands, and a remote control, making it convenient to use. The function buttons are all located on the top of the unit, making it easy to reach even from a sitting position. Additionally, it is lightweight and easy to move around, allowing me to use it wherever I want. I started out slowly, with just 10 minutes on speed 1, and gradually increased my time and speed over a week. I now aim to do two 30-minute sessions a day to further increase my leg strength and get some exercise while working. I have been purchasing few items for my home office. This one is the best of all. I'm in a call as listener or Im taking social media break Im switching on the eliptical. It easily fit under my old desk. It doesnt make a lot of noise so I can start it even while Im talking. Clear instruction. Comes with a remote, I don't have to go under desk to change settings. This is not an elliptical. It’s more of a leg mover when you sit for long times and need blood flow in your legs sorta thing. Don’t stand on it as the motor will not run well at all. It’s kinda heavy for its size as it’s not very big at all. At least it’s easy to use as it only needs to be plugged in and powered on to work. Before getting this machine, my legs and feet used to get stiffness and tingling sensation after prolong sitting in front of computer. I had to stop working in front of computer and had to do exercise my legs and feet by walking for certain period. Now I found what I need. It makes my legs' circulation good and make healthy. The another thing I like is not that noisy as expected. But it is a bit large for me but I can accept because it can be placed under the desk. I am stuck at my computer and desks for hours and hours everyday. I could tell I was losing leg strength and decided to try this elliptical leg exerciser. It fits under my desk or in front of my favorite chair. Its quiet enough that I can use it while others are in the same room. There are 12 speeds so I am working my way through each speed. The stepper even tells you how many calories you're burning. It comes with foot straps, resistance bands and a remote control. The function buttons are all located on the top of the unit and are easy to reach even from a sitting position. Its lightweight enough to move where I want to use it. I started out with 10 minutes on speed 1 and worked my way up to 15 minutes on speed 5 over a week. I do start out slow and increase as I go. My knees are not hurting after my sessions. I want to get up to 2 30 minutes session a day to increase my leg strength and to get a little exercise while working. The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what it says it is. It's an electrical elliptical. At first I thought this was going to be something that would be more for actually exercising, but I think it is better off used as something to keep you moving. It makes it easier for those who are unable to move their legs to move them at different levels of speeds and ease. And does a good job of tracking numbers such as distance, repetitions, calories, etc. it is well built and is sturdy. If I needed aid to move my legs this would definitely get it moving. I'm not sure if using the assistance to help my legs move is something that would actually work out my legs, but I do use this without the assist and over time it seems to be working the muscles. It doesn't seem to be a way to increase resistance though. It does come with some armbands so that if you want to have a light. Bicep, shoulder, Or maybe even chest workout... You can certainly do so. All in all, it is definitely a useful tool to keep your body moving. I use this under my desk and randomly pedal from time to time. And sometimes for a long extensions of time. If you do pedal quickly it can get loud, but I have found that the noise doesn't get loud enough to transfer over online phone calls. Lastly comes with remote so if you don't feel like bending over to change the speed of pedaling you can always use the remote. Elliptical for under the desk! It is lightweight and fits nicely underneath the desk. Keeping my legs moving while sitting for so long has been nice. It would be better with more resistance.
