We purchased this fireplace in 2021 when we bought our fista home. I must say we have no regrets. It totally transformed our living area and we got tons of compliments. The lighting is great, love that you can change the colors of the flames, warms up our entire living space and it has two speeds hi and lo which is a bonus, the remote works fantastic and it's easy to use. It's my toddlers favorite place to be as you can see in the picture. She turns on the lights and have it on all day long. We love this fireplace. We previously had a traditional natural gas fireplace that took up a lot of space in our living room - the bricks came out about 3 feet from the wall. When the gas insert had to be replaced, we decided to knock out the old look and bring in the new! This unit is super cool. You can operate it from an app on your phone. You can use the remote or the buttons on the front lower right corner. It has a multitude of color combinations. It has real fire sound (3 volume levels). The 1500 watt heater has both a low and high setting. We couldn't be happier with it. We have had our fireplace four about 2 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it, it has been a beautiful focal point in our family room. Recently we had one of the light bars go out. We contacted the company for assistance in troubleshooting. The company was so helpful and responsive. After working with the company we found that we needed to replace the light bar. Even after two years, the company is sending us a replacement light bar at no cost. We absolutely love our fireplace and our experience with customer service has been amazing. If you are researching electric fireplaces this is an incredible company to purchase from. To start, it is very rare for me to write a review about items I got on Amazon, but since it was an amazing experience, I decided to share it. I got this unit about a year ago and liked it very much. However, when I installed it inside my wall, I noticed I had an issue with the Wi-Fi, which was disconnecting about every hour. The only way to get it working again was to unplug and plug the unit. Fortunately, I had a switch in the wall to perform this. I decided to ask for an exchange, but at that time, the unit was out of stock on Amazon, so there was no way I could leave a big hole in my living room. I decided to keep it. The problem, though not major, was driving me crazy. I couldn't understand why I had to repower the unit to have Wi-Fi. So, almost a few days before the warranty was over, I contacted the company. I spoke first to Joseph and then to Lea. They were very responsive, and they wanted to give me a new unit as a replacement, which was very nice of them. However, I didn't want to have a big hole in my wall, even for a few days. Since all the functions of the fireplace were working well, except the Wi-Fi, I asked them if I could get another Wi-Fi module board. They agreed, but they had to order it for me from China, which took about two weeks. I should mention that when I received the whole control board, the warranty was already over. Anyway, after removing zillions of screws from the back of the fireplace, I replaced the board, and right away, the Tuya app detected the board (it never did that with the previous one). Now the unit is working properly, and I am fully satisfied. I understand that some parts can fail, but the company stands behind its products. I also forgot to mention that the small remote control was chewed by my puppy. Lea was so nice, and she got me another one free of charge. Their proactive approach and dedication to finding a solution exceeded my expectations. ... show more

    • {UPDATE} Horrible Fireplace.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this fireplace back in 2021 during a prime sale. It came packaged well and worked perfectly until month 5 hit. All of a sudden it began making a loud thumping sound. I contacted the seller and they claim it was a motor problem. Installed the new motor and the fireplace worked fine for about 1 week. I partially took the back off by removing multiple screws, took everything out of the fireplace but the sound continued. It’s a shame this fireplace didn’t work out as I built a build out specifically for the dimensions of this fireplace. Not sure what I will do. {UPDATE} Finally! After 1 year of complaining about the broken fireplace we finally received a replacement. Customer service is very responsive. ... show more

Don’t waste your money. Terrible product. Bought in November, installed late January. Never used until April when room renovation was completed and here we are in July and it just stopped working. Will try and get my money back because this is a joke. No one spends over $600 go have something work for only a couple months. Only turned it on a handful of time. Very disappointed.
