    • Magic happens when put in dryer first!

Second set of these, first set well over 10 years ago from QVC and the demo on QVC stressed the need to put these in the dryer for 20-30 minutes when they arrive and currently the packaging still says that and the dryer step is the difference between the best pillow you will ever experience and an awful pillow you won't sleep on. They arrive flat and after putting in the dryer they fluff up about 4 - 5 times their arrival size and stay that way. And they will actually look a little to thick but just put your head on them, they are not too thick, they are perfect and you head will be cradled in comfort and suppored. My old set actually is still holding up well and has undergone may machine washes and dryer runs and the new ones are the same great quality and after putting them in the dryer the same best pillow I have ever seen. And you don't have to keep putting them in the dryer to maintain the fluff, just first time mandatory then when you wash them one or two times a year if you want to. They do come very thin and deflated and would be awful to sleep on that way, the magic is in putting them in the dryer first. If you put them in the dryer first you will be like all the 5 star reviewers in awe of the best pillow in the world. If you do not put them in the dryer before using them you will be baffled at what everyone thinks is so great about the awful flat uncomfortable pillow, up to you, go by directions and be happy or ignore the instructions and miss out on the best pillow you will ever sleep on. I have neck issues and will never use another pillow and the new set are on my bed and the old set are going on the guest bed as they wash up well and are still good. Easily 10 plus years of use with washings. And I also want to say that there may have been some unrelated political news about the founder on news stations and I am not in alignment with those views yet here I am doing a 5 star review and I don't write reviews on 10% of the things I buy on Amazon, but was so happy to see these on Amazon. Thus, I assure you, the product alone is what drives this 5 star review. Please keep making these pillows My Pillow! But please do look at the package and put them in the dryer for the best sleep of your life. ... show more

This is the 5th and 6th MyPillow purchased. My daughter slept on ours and wanted two! They are a nice weight, cool and very comfortable and you don’t wake up stiff. Love that you can toss in the washing machine & dryer and they are still perfect

Kit comes with one of each pillow. There are no markings on the individual bags so it's impossible to tell which one is medium and which one is firm. I think I opened the medium one, the firm one is still in its bag. These are an acquired taste. The filling can seem lumpy, and the material does compress down over time like a normal pillow does. They say you can add stuffing, but the pillow do not come with any kind of zipper to open/close so you better be good with thread/needle if you want to take any out or add any more material. I think it's funny to advertise that feature, when it's not really a feature if you need sewing skills to modify it. ... show more

My Pillows are the best pillows ever. They are conforming to your head and give you the perfect amount of support and softness. I love them and this is the only pillow everyone in my family will ever buy again. They are machine washable and dryable. The only complaint I have is that after a few years of use, the fabric becomes thin. My easy fix for this is to place another pillowcase over the pillow and sew it shut. You are not having to pour the insides of the pillow into a case and your pillow will be as good as new. ... show more

My pastor raved and raved about this pillow and since I have not found a pillow that I LOVE yet, I thought I would give this a try. I don't know what this is made out of but it feels like it is filled with tempurpedic material but all cut up into small pieces. So that makes it lumpy. I also can hear the material when my head is laying on it! I just don't know what to think of it! It is comfy but it is a weird comfy! ... show more

I like that I can fluff this pillow the way I needed it to be for my sleeping preference. I also like the fact that I can wash it. I had a queen size one for several years that I left behind for a friend prior to the moving and ordering 2 king size. Really great product!

I've been using these pillows for years now. I've tried memory foam pillows, feather pillows, standard pillows and never could get a comfortable feel for my head. I buy the medium fill My Pillow and like it because I can shape it to fit my neck and head. I use a c-pap machine and the strap around my cheek fits into the pillow without causing a lot of pressure on my face. As long as they continue to make these I will buy them. ... show more
