This is an outstanding massage chair that I can adjust how deep of tissue massage I experience. I find that exercise along with healthy amount of rest can keep my aches at bay yet there are times, depending on my levels of movement, what I do during the day and week, and weather are some of my biggest factors for when I can get sore. I ordered this chair to alleviate and prevent and boy does this hit that target!
