I purchased this tree as it was a little taller than the one I previously had and it allows for them to reach the cat shelves on the wall a little easier. Very easy to assemble and my cats love it. They sleep and play on it all the time. One cat spent the first three weeks sleeping in the little box on it every day. Love the color and its very plush. Great deal for the price too! Cat trees at a traditional pet store are way too expensive and nowhere near as intricate as the ones like this one. ... show more

Very good customer service. Mine was missing one part and they remedied the situation quickly and generously. Durable, very easy to assemble, and stable. I’m not drilling holes in my wall to anchor it, and there’s no need for it. Recommended. Good value.

Easy to put together and looks very nice and sturdy against a wall. But my cat barely fits on it! She does have mane coon in her so she is a long, larger sized cat. Recommend if you have a normal sized cat bur they should take for large cats out of the product description.

Buying this tower was one of the best decisions I made for my kitty. She was very attached to her previous tower which was very small since I got it when she was just a kitten and I was looking for something bigger as she grew in size. I didn’t want to compromise with the quality so I tried all the websites and pet stores possible and finally I came across this one. It’s pretty tall and has various functions to play around and lounge in. The fabric is soft and has velvety touch. Initially she wouldn’t climb up to the top shelf but we kept introducing her to the area and with the help of catnip spray she started feeling comfortable and climb on her own. To my surprise she explores all the areas and plays around with built in toys. My Persian princess loves her tower and it’s absolutely worth every penny I paid! love it & more importantly my cat loves it. shes about 10-15 lbs, jumps more than halfway up and even without the secure strap to the wall my cat and cat condo stay safe. also instructions were super simple , some mistakes about how many screws were used in each step but nothing that affects the assembly. pay attention to details and your set to go :) ready in about 10-15 mins ... show more

I told my cat I bought him a new cat tree and showed him pictures and he slept with me a couple nights. We’re moving and so this should give him more incentive to come home and get comfortable with the new place. It showed up a week and a half early which was good because it seemed like a long wait time for shipping. I put it together by myself and it was easy but I messed up a few times. I did not have tools at the new house but it came with an iron wrench so that was a relief. I also got a little worried putting the ladder on because the place to put the screws on was bent inward. It took a lot of maneuvering to get it right. When I was building it, it seemed kind of shaky after testing the sturdiness. We have a petite cat and this still seemed kind of small for him. I brought him to the new house and he didn’t use it much probably because of anxiety of the new place. I picked him up and put him on the cat tree and he was reaching for it. He started purring once he was on it. He stayed on the level with the overhead roof which is weird because the cat tree we used to have he never used a similar structure on it. I think the openness from 2 sides comforts him. Im sure he’s going to love it once he gets comfortable at the new house. Also it came with 2 extra dangly mice to hang up in case he breaks the ones already on it. (Which he did with the other cat tree we had) Update: I’ve officially moved and with our furniture here he is more calm than he was at previous house. I haven’t seen him use the hammock but he went to the top. He likes the overhead shelter the most. I think it’s a little too small but he did grow at 5 years old. Day 3 at the new house and he’s sleeping in it and playing with the dangling mice Day 5 I think I should have installed the two bottom scratch posts on the outside rather than facing the corner. Idk if that was my fault or the instructions. Also my cat does use the ladder a lot and many people said their cat doesn’t like it. Update: it took about a month, but he used the hammock for the first time Update: one of the poles is very scratched up and coming undone. My mom says this is good he’s destroying the tree and not her furniture. None of the dangling mice has fallen off yet. I taped another dangling mice in front of the hammock. ... show more
