This product really helped eliminate loose litter and also conceals the litter box well. My cats seem to enjoy their privacy. They also enjoy lounging on the bed and in the cubby hole. The assembly wasn’t too hard, I found it a little complicated to follow the instructions but luckily my boyfriend is more savvy with those types of stuff. The quality is good, I will say the magnets that secure the cabinet doors could be stronger because sometimes the doors pop open. Other than that I have no other complaints! It matches well with my living room and isn’t such an eyesore as the last setup I had. My cat still hasn’t taken to it but i just set it up. It feels like good quality, it’s heavy and sturdy. It was easy enough to setup just make sure you read the instructions CAREFULLY! This thing is really heavy. Directions were worthless but most can figure it out. The pads are really soft and have 2 strips of velcro in the center to hold them down. They really need the straps on the edges so they don't slide when the cats jump up. I'll be adding velcro squares to the corners of all of them. Easy enough to fix. ... show more

It’s my cat’s Christmas gift, and he loves it. It took us about an hour to assemble it (2 people) the instructions are clear and easy to follow but it has a lot of steps, just be patient. Really nice for the price.

The quality of the workmanship and materials are outstanding! Well made, well executed instructions (though all are visual, nothing written, of course). Their allen wrenches totally stink, and the smallest and most used one was immediately damaged in my first few uses so I had to mickey mouse a way to finish this up. I'm a 69 year old lady, so drills and battery packs are not my thing. Screwdrivers are my way of life. Despite overcoming this one major downfall, the biggest problem encountered is the design which is absolutely NOT kitten friendly. Though the wood laminate is beautiful, small kittens literally slide off and collide with the tile floor. I feel like pillows are in order to soften the blow. Additionally, the design from the 2nd floor to the top level is virtually inaccessible for kittens that cannot leap 16". I ended up doing many 'alterations' in order to make this item user friendly and still maintain some attractive features. I used black self-sticking foam corner appliques to allow kittens to 'get a grip' to climb from the bottom level to the 2nd level. I removed the interior velcro tapes and soft pad from inside the 2nd level box and reapplied to the top level tier holding the wands and dangling bell balls so kitty would not slip and slide on the super sleek wood down three stories to a tile floor. The bell balls are also positioned where kitties must daringly stretch to play and risk either falling into the food dish on the 2nd level or all the way to the floor. Just way too many dangerous issues. The height at 57" is good as at least the falls are less fatal, but attempting to teach kitty how to maneuver and climb to the top is truly a challenge and a bit scary for both of us. I would consider this an adult cat only tree. Though beautiful, well built, and plush, small kittens do not fair well in the learning curve and do risk being injured from a poorly designed tree. Had the levels been less tall and far reaching, the wood less slick, the toys more approachable safely, this would be a great tree. It is lovely! But it has to be useable without injury as well. Last but not least, the initial leap from floor to first level is absolutely impossible for a kitten. I had to order a toddler's step to assist so kitty could at least make it to the first level. ... show more
