I bought this for my friend who has a little one on the autism spectrum. He's getting a new therapy dog so I thought this would be a good way for them to bond and cuddle. What I didn't expect was how much everyone else would would enjoy it. It's so adorable that you can't not smile when you look at it. The outer fabric is soft and fluffy like shag carpeting. The set includes a pillow and a blanket in similar fabric in coordinating colors. The inside is soft enough to be comfortable, but firm enough to give you plenty of support. He really likes the texture of the fur and he's a little coldnatured so he loves how warm and cozy it can be. It's truly adult sized so it was a little difficult to move around at first. (this will be the odd review!). Recently had shoulder surgery that has put me in a padded sling for at least 6 weeks to prevent any movement of the arm and shoulder- including why sleeping. Yes-completely blows. Doc said really needed to sleep in a recliner to minimize any pressure on the arm which was still like trying to sleep on an airplane with better leg room. After a week of that and little sleep, started looking for other options. This has worked really well-by putting a body pillow against my back it prevent me from rolling back over on it and the included pillow was just about perfect for propping the arm up. It's been very comfortable to sleep in while recovering from the shoulder injury and the padded up sides have provided the needed support. NOTE: It DOES take at least 4-5 days for the vacuum sealed compressed filling for the sides to really un-compress and fluff out. Was a little frustrating (especially with an arm out of commission) trying to break it up a bit but it does do so eventually- so patience. And yes, the fur babies will probably try and either take it over or share it with you...the cover on it is very warm, cozy and comforting. Totally happy with it. Especially since it fits the bill for exactly what I needed. Communication from the company was great- received a couple of emails advising of the shipping and delivery status. ... show more

This is a kid and dog favorite in the house but I had to add some extra cushion to make it more comfortable there is plenty of room to do so. The blanket and pillow that comes with it are really meant for a small child it seems

It is great when my friends come over they sleep on it and my dogs both love it. I purchased it for 60 dollars and it was well worth it. It came in a bit of sketchy packaging but it works great and my doggos love it.

I received a cardboard box entirely wrapped in strips of clear packing tape. Inside was a red sack with a cotton drawstring that looked dirty. The stuff inside were shrink wrapped blanket, a shrink wrapped shaggy thing, a metal comb, and a hard shrinkwrapped but also wrapped in a lot of clear packing tape wound all over the odd triangular dark blue fabric covered blob. I could not open this blob. I noticed dirt on the surface like white dust. the piece I was able to pry up with great difficulty felt like it had stuffing that had gotten wet qnd so clumped and dried into a hard mass, separated by another clump which was in a blog I couldnt separate. The other items are also hard clumps. I think this product was used and somehow became wet in the box, so that is why the shipping box was covered in clear packing tape. I will not use this product as it was shipped to me used, dirty, once wet and dried into impossible set of hard blobs. ... show more

It arrived 3 days ago and after experiencing it, I have to say that this is a really good human dog bed. It is very comfortable, lying inside is very soft, and the complimentary pillow is really just right. To be honest, sleeping directly on the bolster is a bit of pressure on my neck, but with this pillow, everything has become perfect!!! This blanket is also very smooth, and I used it after cleaning. If I had to describe it, this blanket alone is worth over $30.I originally purchased this product for myself, but what's troubled me is that my Labrador also loves it very much. The moment I put it on floor, my baby jumped in. Okay, I have to tell you, I have to squeeze in with it now. You know, with its size, it's very difficult to move it, but fortunately, this bed is really big enough. Even so, I can still rest well inside. Everything is perfect recommend it!!! ... show more

I got this for my 13 year old who weighs all of 80lb soaking wet and it's almost completely flat. It does not hold its shape. The pad is very cheap, thin and side roll pad is complete garbage and might as well be newspaper shoved in a roll of sleeping bag cover fabric. The "washable pad" didn't wash well and is falling apart losing pieces of its tufts. (I washed on delicate cold low spin and hung then did low fluff air dry in dryer.) I don't suggest if you're looking for something comfortable. If you just want a fun human/dog bed for occasional use it might be better as a guest bed. ... show more

I purchased this for my dog loving son for his 11th birthday, and let me tell you it’s the gift that keeps on giving! It fits multiple children and dogs at once! I’ve already washed the cover once, and it held up well, and purchased an additional blanket and little custom dog pillows to bring the whole look together! My kids drag drag this thing all around the house to lounge in different rooms and my son has slept in it every single night this month! I will say that the walls of the bed have eventually slipped down to not be as erect and “dog bed” like, but it still has held up incredibly well, and is much higher quality than I would’ve expected with three children, jumping in and out of this and an 80 and a 50 pound dog. my oldest son is 6 feet tall and he comfortably snuggles and this thing all the time!
