This is the only prenatal vitamin that states that it's a "prenatal" made with beef liver. It has no weird smell or taste. It has ginger to help soothe nausea, the liver helps with low iron-so more energy! They quality is so good. It sells out so grab 2 bottles when it's available! Highly recommend!

Ever since I started these vitamins I have been feeling better throughout the day and my sleep has improved greatly. I think i was starting to get perimenopause symptoms and this has helped. They do have vitamins geared specifically toward that so I think I'll try the pair on my next order.

This multivitamin is pure gold. Witchcraft even. It has helped with my mood, my hair and skin health, pre-menstrual symptoms, and best of all my libido. Holy moly!
