I love my Mueller nonstick electric griddle! It is really easy to use, It has a temperature control with easy settings. it heats evenly throughout (i made 10 pancakes at once) and everything cooks evenly. It is non stick and so easy to clean. It has a small drawer compartment for the drippings that pulls out easily to clean. Overall, it is an amazing quality, love how evenly it heats and how easy it is to use and clean! Overall it worked great. The grease tray was a little hard to get in to the slot. I would have liked the temperature dial to be labeled with the actual degrees (300 degrees) instead of just the number 3. That is more or less just a personal preference. Overall a great price for a great griddle.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use temperature heats up quickly the detachable cord makes it easy to clean store . I cooked pancakes and eggs and Turkey bacon my eggs were a little brown I recommend keeping a low temp or make your eggs 1st then pancakes and eggs .. looking forward to Turkey burgers ,,,, get one if you can there are a lot to choose from but this is one of the best if not the best ... show more

    • So much better than my ancient ceramic one
I had an ancient ceramic griddle that had been very useful back in its day, but after the nonstick coating wore off it had been relegated to the pre-trash staging area in the garage. With so many of us at home this summer, and being especially fond of French toast and pancakes but not particularly keen on cooking them a few at a time, I decided it was time seek out a replacement. I’d previously purchased a Mueller induction burner (it’s our summer of acquiring small kitchen appliances, apparently) and was impressed with the brand, so when I came across the Mueller griddle in my Amazon feed, I snagged one. Pros: It’s very lightweight as compared to my soon-to-be-disposed-of relic, which means it’s easier to store on top of the fridge (our appliance corral) without worrying about something heavy crashing down when I retrieve it. It’s got a huge cooking surface that can easily handle 8 slices of bread. The cooking surface is very smooth and level so everything cooked evenly. No weird hot spots. It also heated up quickly. The underside didn’t get overly hot so I was able to cook with it on a laminate peninsula counter, thereby being able to watch my guests mess around on their phones while I slaved over breakfast and talked about my cool new griddle. I did use it with butter because, well, butter, so can’t speak to how nonstick it is in the absence of butter. Cons: None. This is one of my favorite new kitchen gizmos.     • Very lightweight griddle
This is OK for what it is...an inexpensive electric griddle. It works fine, but it has a few issues. It is very lightweight, so the cooking surface does not retain a lot of heat. The heating element turns on and off quite a bit. The area directly over the heating element gets much hotter than the rest of the cooking surface, so it heats somewhat unevenly. For example, when cooking pancakes, half the pancake will be cooked while the other half isn't even close. The cooking surface does not detach from the rest of the unit, so you can't really put it in the sink and wash it. The temperature controls are easy to use. The drip tray comes out easily for cleaning. ... show more
