Looks similar to other higher priced mouse traps, so purchased in hopes that it would work. The lid was on tight in a deep bucket, and all there was in the morning was a giant pile of mouse poop. The bait was gone. I did notice that you have to apply more weight to trip the door so anything lighter than a few ounces will not fall through. I may have to add large washers to the bottom of the trip side of the lid swing door. Still confused how a large quantity of mice poop ended up in the bucket. ... show more
