My set-up was leveled-up after moving away from my old standalone heavy base dual-monitor stand and replacing it with this newer clamp version. Pros and cons will be easiest to break down this product. Pros: -Easy assembly -Alan keys included -Accurate vesa mounts -Great range of motion on every joint -Doesn't sag or fall -Adequate cable management -Frees up so much desk space Cons: -Cable management covers seem fragile and a little small, but still fit everything -Hard to get to the monitor's forward and back tilt screw -Clear instructions -No screwdriver for vesa screws (not necessary, but would be nice to include) ... show more

So these are good monitor stands but not suitable for monitors 27+inches. Although 27 inches was supported there was very little movement available as the monitors are right on top of each other stretching the arms out to their max. Needed 4 plastic sleeves to make it work, only came with 3. Messaged the manufacturer through their website and they took about 3 days to get back to me but we're able to send me the piecess. I finally decided to get double monitor arms for myself as I got tired of the lack of adjustability and movement as well as the space taken up by the stands that your monitor comes with. I am in love! These are some of the more affordable monitor stands I could find but the quality is amazing. Right out of the box they feel sturdy and like you can trust them with your expensive screens. The assembly was easy and straightforward and you can adjust the tension in these. Comes with multiple different kinds of screws and washers as well as a little cable router for those who like to hide cables. The double mount works exactly as it should. It looks great and helps cut back on items taking up desk space. They're easy to adjust and seem very sturdy. My only complaint is the item we received appeared used. The zip tie which prevents the arms from extending completely were removed. So the arms were already extended making it difficult to access the hex screw to adjust the arm. It was stuck extended and would not bend. We had to find a way to remove the cover to access the hex screw. When we got the cover off there was clearly fingerprints on the surface that didn't belong to us. Once that was done the rest was easy peasy. We decided to keep the used unit because it works perfectly fine. We're enjoying how it makes everything else organized. ... show more

Within less than 24 hours of installation, I encountered issues with screws beginning to loosen and pop off, despite the monitor being well within the weight limit of 17.5 lbs.
