let me be honest. My 1st impression of the product was good build quality but overwhelming to install. Too many moving parts. I started the return of this product at Amazon. But then before I could return, I watched a video on the product manual to install this w/o drilling a hole to the table. So, I thought of giving it a shot. 15 min later this whole thing came up as a surprise. Just amazing build quality, the arms are very strong and very nicely molded. The exterior is smooth and black looks pretty classy. I would recommend installing it with two wooden pieces (see the pictures) which you can buy at Home Depot or Lowes. I have two monitors, and the installation hasn't moved an inch. The monitors can be moved in horizontal direction and up and down as well by adjusting the tension with an Allen key which comes with the kit. Overall, I have been using this for more than a month now and it is very impressive. Go for it ... show more

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Allows you to adjust monitors position individually, if the VESA mount locations are not the same on both monitors. In my case, one of my twin monitors from the same brand went bad and I decided to replace the bad twin with another brand, but with the same monitor size. However, my new monitor has the VESA mount on the lower part of the monitor, while my other monitor has the VESA holes smack in the middle. I could not adjust the arms of my existing monitor mount individually, so this mount came to the rescue. It's working perfectly. ... show more

Looks like decent build quality and adequate wire management. One ding, a height adjustment would be helpful. These are marginally too low to the desk IMO, need another approx 2" in height to match my eye height.

Good quality, It helped free up space on my desk. It utilizes adjustable gas pistons to support your monitors. Once the preset tension is set (with the provided allen wrench) I can easily move the monitors in any direction and have them stay in place. Each arm is fully independent of the other. I happen to have two different monitors and this stand works great. My one suggestion would be for black hardware instead of silver. This probably doesn't matter to most but my desk is not against a wall. Nothing a little black paint or nail polish wont fix :) . ... show more

the arms do absolutely as advertised. No fault to them whatsoever and carry my 27" and 32" perfectly fine. some of the huano stickers seemed to have come off during shipping but I was gonna peel them off anyway so no harm done. Easy to install and adjust. the multi tool provided is all you really need to do any of the installation but I would recommend using your own for ease of use. This version doesn't come with the USB extensions but it does have the space for them, they're just covered up. All you need to do is unscrew the cover at the bottom and break off the tabs (it's as easy as just flipping them back, they're connected by a little bit of split plastic already so it was meant to be broken like that). I bought a pair of extensions myself from the local PC store and just installed them. Be warned you need to get the kind that have an exposed USB A female end in order for them to fit nicely, if its covered you may not be able to screw the bottom plate that holds them in, back on. If you want something more "premium feeling"... these probably aren't it, BUT if you want quality on a budget that does as advertised, GET THIS. These work great. I set them up on my desk, and they are very sturdy and look a whole lot nicer than the monitor stands I used prior. Easy to set up, although the cable trap is a bit finicky. It works well, but the screwed in peace on the top arm piece can be a bit meticulous at times. That being said, I think this still deserves 5 stars. ... show more
