I have been using three screens for my work computer for a very long time now. The monitors were getting older and started to put off more heat (seriously my office was like walking into a sauna, each monitor was putting off 104 degrees of heat), so I decided to upgrade to three 27’ Curved monitors. To compensate for the desk space, I wanted to get a good mount that could fit all three monitors. I had several guys at work give me hints, but nothing seemed quite right. My brother in law liked my monitors so much he bought a set for himself and found this mount to use. I was really pleased after he set it all up, especially with the price and decided to buy this for myself. I did have a few issues along the way. When I first received the mount in the mail, one of the clips that holds the wires for the monitors was broken. I took a picture and sent it right over to their Customer Service. They responded in a couple of hours and told me they would send a replacement, which I was happy about. I went ahead and started putting the mount together. I was pleased by the weight of the mount as I knew that it could withstand all three 27’ monitors on its arms. After I put everything together and installed the Monitors, I was not pleased with what I saw. The monitor on my left was not even with the other two mounts. In fact, it was at least an inch or so lower. I was getting really annoyed at it and asked my brother in law if he has this issue, which he said he didn’t and I saw myself a few days prior. I decided to keep fiddling with it, but we had some friends coming over that night and I thought he could take a look at it as he is a Mechanical Engineer and a perfectionist, so he could help me find what was wrong. They came over, but he couldn’t find a thing, and suggested what I already thought: an issue with the arms. If you tried to lift the mount it would just go back down. If you tried to move the monitor it would swing back. I did try to tighten the arms, but this did not fix the issue at all. So, I once again took a few pictures of my mounts and also had my brother in law take a picture of his and I wrote customer service. They took a while replying so I had to write them a second time several days later. This time they finally replied and were shocked with what they saw. They told me that they have never had an issue regarding defective arms, but they would send out a replacement in a few days. Nine days later I received the replacement and it put it all together and it worked perfectly. Instead of making me go through the hassle of putting the old mount back in the box, I got to dispose of it which was really nice of them. Installation The instructions for the mount might seem complicated at first (trying to identify what part is what), but it is really easy. I had the mount installed on my desk and all the monitors on it in under 30 minutes. It really is easier if you have a helping hand, especially when you are loading the monitors on the mounts. Materials The materials for the mount are really sturdy. I know that the mount could hold heavier monitors and hold them up with pride. Movement & Rotation Once I got the monitors secure in the mount, it was really easy to move the arms around and adjust to the correct position I need. I personally have rotating my monitors (I like them all the same way), but if you like it, you can rotate it 360 degrees. Cons I have one major con and that is since I have 27’ monitors, there is little to no gaps at all in the movement. I figured that supporting up to 27’ means that I would have a little more movement in the arms, but it is a very tight fit. It is not the end of the world but would have been nice to have just a tad more movement room. Overall This is a very good mount! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a mount that fits three monitors. Having the curved monitors, I have it setup to surround me as much as possible. No real issues and well made seems durable so far. Be aware adapters are bigger and if you have monitors like mine were vesa is actually recessed and 75x75 pattern will have to get longer screws and spacers (spent $10 at hardware store for screws and used rubber washers for spacers.)

There are a few things you need to know when working with this triple monitor mount: 1. When you bolt the mount to the desk - the vertical pole must be checked with a level to make sure it is straight up. If you don't then the monitors will not be level from one side to the other. You can use a shim if you need to make an adjustment. Remember you will only need to use a small amount of shim for the length of the vertical pole is much longer than the surface of the pad the pole rest on. 2. Where the mount bolts to the desk - If you have an IKEA desk like I do then you need to put in a block of wood to enlarge the area where the weight load is applied to the desk. If you don't and your desk is a honeycomb based surface it WILL crush the surface of the desk. (see picture) Note: You will see I used a piece of lumber on BOTH sides of the desk surface to spread the load out. 3. You can change out the eye bolts used to lock the mount to the desk. They are M10-1.5. I used 50MM long bolts from HD. Be advised these bolts have a shoulder so you can't screw them down all the way. I also used 2 large washers with small holes so the bolts would press against them instead of going right through the wood. You can also use the cups off the eye bolts that came with the unit (They screw onto the eye bolt and can be removed with a Phillips screwdriver) 4. In my case I noticed the center monitor cannot be moved forward and I needed it to be closer by 5 inches. To get it closer I added a few wood blocks as spacers. (see picture) If you need to know how I bolted them together let me know and I will disassemble mine so I can take an addition picture showing how I bolted it together. The final assembly still allowed for monitor rotation and I was able to set the level of the monitor to match the other two outside monitors. 5. The farther out you extend the monitors - the more sag you get on the monitor arm. It is simple leverage physics. Be careful and not put more weight on the monitors than you need. You could break your desk or the arm itself. Also you have to tighten down more the locking bolt to get it to hold in place. 6. The monitor cables can run through the vertical pole but understand if you run a KVM switch like I do then not all the cables will fit. You will need to use some velcro straps to handle the extra cables. 7. Monitors - if at all possible - the monitors need to be the exact same model. Having different sizes is really a pain. You will notice my center monitor is NOT the same model so I have a bit of a problem there. (see picture) 8. Monitor height - I needed to lower mine after I installed them. What I did was use a block of wood as a support while I unscrewed the bolts holding the arms to the center pole. I then let the arm rest on the wood block and re-installed the locking screws at the correct height. This procedure beats trying to fight holding the monitors up while making the adjustment or removing the monitors then setting the height. 9. Monitor placement - I find it best to have the 3 monitors the same distance from my head so I get that "wrap around" effect. If you wear glasses like me then that makes things much easier to see. 10. Locking the arms down - You want them to be locked down enough so they stay in place BUT you can still move them. You never know when you need to get behind the monitor for some reason such as a loose cable or you want to rotate the monitor. Overall I love this unit.
