First off, I did a lot of research before buying this bike. I wanted something that would go around 30 miles an hour. That had good battery life, I wanted hydraulic, disc brakes and stylish good looks, front and rear suspension, 4"wide fat tires and this bike has all of that. I could not find any bike that came with all those features for under a thousand dollars. I love this bike. It's fun to ride. It looks great. It has good speed and performance. The suspension soaks up all, but the biggest of bumps, this bike had all the features I wanted and was several hundred dollars cheaper than its closest competitor. Battery life is good, especially if you help out with pedal assist. I really like the retro styling of the front headlight, which has low and high beam and is very effective. Most importantly, the hydraulic disk brakes have excellent stopping power, enough to lock up the front wheel, if you squeeze too hard. They even include a replacement set of brake pads and all the tools needed to assemble the bike, even an air pump. It feels like it's built like a tank, a little heavy at around 100 lbs, but it makes it feel very well planted and solid on the road, almost like an electric motorcycle. If you are debating on getting an electric bike, I can't think of better bike for the money than the Tamobyke V20 or V30, great bikes! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I've recently been wanting to add a few e-bikes to get my family out of the house and enjoy some great quality time together riding through neighborhood. I decided to give this TamoByke a try for the price and the good reviews I saw, I'm happy I did! I've had ZERO issues out the box, assembly is pretty straight forward! The brakes work really quick, the motor gets up to 28mph and gets you at top speed fairly quick! The headlight is the best I've had on any bike and the range is great, you'll get about 15 miles on pure electric BUT if you peddle at all, you will easily go over 20 miles. Nothing feels cheap, everything feels solid and sturdy. Great bike at a great price! My family loves it! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is a very good deal. This bike is fun to ride, looks neat and has more than sufficient range for my needs/uses. Assembly was a breeze as the bike is shipped approx 90% assembled and the bike is made of good quality, high durability steel (this means it's a bit heavy.) Top speed is listed at 28 and that is about as fast as I got it to go(28.5mph). Has a cruise control feature which is very neat and fairly easy to engage (at least, for me). The battery is just a touch under 750wh, I rode 30 miles in my initial test ride and had zero worries about range. This battery will provide about 35 miles of range in mode 4(22mph) with just the throttle, pedaling extends that. Overall, a great deal on a solid bike, cheap enough to buy "just because" but functional/effective enough to be stoked you bought it. ... show more

I love the bike. Rides great, but I've run into 2 issues unfortunately. The front fork seems to be loose, have some play in the shaft itself. The worst issue being neither of the tires hold air for more than 4 hours. Everything seemed to be okay until I woke up with both tires flat. I believe the inner tube's have been pinched in transit. Just crossed the 100 mile mark tonight and I’ve learned a few things about this bike. I want to start this off by saying I’m 5’8” and 300 lbs flat and this motor seems to handle me pretty darn well all things considered I stay around PAS 2 or lower occasionally 3 if the hill is steeper and I can get 12-15 mph with ease. Big sturdy tires and I can coast 30-35 mph the STEEP hills in my town with confidence knowing they’re gonna handle bumps, sticks, and potholes as well as speed wobbles no problem. Suspension might be a little lackluster but I’ve chalked that up to a weight thing on my end more than the product itself. Battery life is decent enough a full charge I get 22ish miles with pure throttle and somewhere in the ballpark of 65 leaves a little to be desired but again if I weighed a little less these numbers would certainly get a boost. Brakes definitely like to sing as the pads have worn in a bit it’s been less apparent but they definitely still speak up on inclines. It’s a heavy exceptionally made bike and passing the 100 mile mark it has met or exceeded all expectations and I can’t wait to see what other journeys await on this chariot. ... show more

We purchased this for our 18 year old son. You do have to pay $100 for shipping and there is some assembly required. Our son absolutely loved it, it looks like a dirtbike. The quality is excellent and the only thing I would warn about is it’s very heavy. The different speeds are adjustable, it goes pretty fast…. up to almost 30 mph. Very happy with our purchase, and would recommend it. Would not recommend it for a child under the age of 16. ... show more

The quality is great at it's price point. There isn't much assembly and for the parts you do have to assemble they provide a tool kit. I have been riding this bike for a couple of weeks now and I can say I'm very happy with it.
