Features

  • [Thick Steel Structure] Our firepit log grate is made of thick, high-quality steel for durability. With a 24-inch diameter, it features 10 support bars, 5 legs, and a central leg for stability. The surface is coated with a high-temperature powder coating to avoid discoloration. The innovative wheel design securely holds the grate in place, ensuring a reliable and stable structure.
  • [Curved Edge Design] The fire pit grate features 10 steel bars with appropriate spacing, allowing for different sizes of firewood and providing a longer-lasting flame. Additionally, the curved edge design ensures that the firewood stays in a secure place, helping to prevent logs from rolling out of the round fireplace grate 24 inch. With this sturdy support structure, you can place more wood for burning at once, maintaining a strong fire.
  • [Improved Air Circulation] The 3.5-inch tall legs elevate the entire cast iron fire place grates, allowing for better airflow at the bottom and promoting more efficient combustion. This maximizes flame intensity, generating sufficient warmth with reduced smoke. The 10 gaps between the support rods are designed to hold ashes and smaller logs after burning, effectively preventing them from falling through and helping maintain a steady fire.
  • [Versatile Application] Once assembled, this fire grate stand is suitable for both outdoor fire pits and indoor decorative wood-burning fireplaces, making it an excellent decorative tool for both settings. Easily transport it to your cozy backyard, patio, deck, fireplace mantel, chimney, outdoor bonfire, or anywhere you desire a warm and romantic wood-burning fireplace. Our grate for fire pit is always the ideal choice for any occasion.
  • [Safe and Reliable] The wood stove grate elevates fire wood off the chimney floor and fireplace, preventing direct contact with the floor. It is important to note that installation should be done while wearing gloves to protect your hands from any potential harm. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our log holder for fireplace, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing timely assistance based on your needs and finding effective solutions.

  • No More Tepee Stacking Needed!
Size: 24in
I remember growing up the best way to build a fire is the tepee method which allows air to flow through the wood to ensure a successful fire. Now I have discovered this round fire pit grate which does the same thing, letting air flow under the wood to engage with a successful fire in your fire pit. The heavy-duty steel construction not only feels sturdy but also stands up to the intense heat of the fire. The 10 bars are evenly spaced and provide ample support for logs and firewood, ensuring a stable and efficient burn. This grate's 24-inch size is perfect for accommodating a sizable fire, making it ideal for gatherings with family and friends. It creates a beautiful, consistent flame, and the elevated design allows for superior airflow, resulting in a hotter, more efficient fire that's perfect for roasting marshmallows or keeping warm on cool evenings. One of the standout features is the easy setup. It fits perfectly into my fire pit, and the legs provide enough clearance to ensure proper airflow. The grate is also removable, making it easy to clean up ashes and maintain the fire pit after use. Whether you're roasting marshmallows, enjoying a cozy evening by the fire, or simply looking for an efficient way to burn wood, this grate delivers. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a reliable and durable fire pit accessory. It's a five-star product through and through! ... show more

  • Ok so far. Not sure how long it will last
Size: 24in
At first, I was amazed at how small the package was and figured they sent the wrong item. But, after assembling about 20 parts, it came together in the size as described. The metal on the legs will probably be the first thing to wear out / rust through. Overall, it worked well in my 36" firepit. A little smaller than I should probably use, but it kept the logs up off the floor of the firepit and seemed sturdy enough. I expect that for shipping something with this weight, having it in a bunch of pieces makes sense, but when I need to replace it, I'll probably look at a local store for a one-piece construction grate. ... show more

  • Really like it!
Size: 24in
I really like this fire pit grate. It was a little bit of a pain to put together, but not too bad. I really like that it helps keep good air flow for an easier way to get the fire started and an easier way to keep it going. The material feels like it's made with good quality. 5 out of 5 stars.

  • Sturdy! And a bit of a puzzle.
Size: 24in
This has been a great addition to the fire pit. Air can now circulate underneath for a better burn. The metal is very thick and sturdy, and I anticipate it lasting a good while. I’m sure I’ll be getting more than the cash value out of it. The assembly is a wee bit tricky. I LOVE assembling Ikea furniture, so it wasn’t all that hard for me. Just follow the instructions and MAYBE have a second set of hands helping to balance the spokes during assembly. I did it on my own and was just fine. ... show more

  • Good fire pit grate, can burn large logs directly
Size: 24in
This is a nice fire pit grate. It was designed for a fire pit to sit on top, but large logs can be placed directly on it and it'll hold them for quite some time (until they break apart and fall down). If using it this way, I recommend placing something on the bottom to catch the ash and embers. Assembly required, instructions included. Mostly straightforward. The hardest part is the center assembly. The trick is to keep the outer screws for the arms slightly loose until after the center is lined up and screwed in, then go back and tighten. The arms will flex easier this way when trying to line it up. Mine had a stray weld drop that needed to be plucked out with pliers (photo 4). It also had a very sharp needle point that broke off and pricked my finger (photo 3). Be careful during handling. The paint and weld quality could be better, but overall, it's a good grate. Looks like it can withstand quite a lot of heat, but I haven't had it long enough to comment on how long it can withstand the weather and repeated use. ... show more

  • Surprised
Size: 24in
When the package came I wasn’t sure what it was until I opened it because they have it shipped in parts you assemble. But it had a lot of weight to it! It’s easy to assemble in a few minutes. We have a stone fire pit at our lake house but sometimes it’s hard to really get it going due to lack of airflow. This rack is perfect to set up your teepee of logs and prevent them from falling over as they burn. Also easier to add logs because you can position them over the fire and burning logs and have them rest on the rack so they don’t smother the fire already there. ... show more

  • Hellishly Hard to assemble
Size: 24in
First, as the grill arrived, assembly was not possible. As an engineer, it looks like there was a design change that wasn't completely implemented. The fancy hub in the middle has a bolt hole in the middle that is sized for threads which was probably the way it originally was, but the threads were removed and a thru bolt used to replace them. Problem is the hole remains sized for threads and the bolt (which holds the entire grill together) will not go through the hole (not even close). I have drills large enough (~3/8) to drill 1/8" of steel, so I fixed that problem. Time to assemble: Relatively detailed instructions are provided but are almost impossible to accomplish. (Obviously written by someone that never assembled one.) Step 1 HIDE the instructions. Step 2 find a flat surface (14" round Ideal, bigger OK) with an ~2"(max) hole in the middle. Block up the surface for at least 2.5" bottom clearance. (OR just drill a 2" hole in your dining room table.) Step 3 place the hub over the hole (cutouts up). Step 4 carefully place the 10 arms on the hub (bend up). Arms must be aligned and straight to lock in. Step 5 from the top put the long bolt through the hub washer and then the hub. (Align the washer so that it sets into the notch on all arms.) From the bottom, screw the pipe on the bolt and tighten securely. Step 6 assemble the ring. Step 7 With the arms up install the ring from the bottom (notches up). The ring must come up even with the top of the arms when finished. Step 8 install a leg (from the bottom) with the bolt on the outside. Skip an arm and install the next leg. Repeat 3 times. Step 9 tighten all screws. DONE ... show more
